06/05/2026: Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab? 05/07/2026: Overall, a rather ordinary establishment. Cleanliness desperately needs improvement, especially the toilets, which are so dirty you practically need flippers to use them. The urinal was always out of order, the place was filthy, and there was no soap available, even on a busy Sunday. The dining tables were covered in grease... In short, hygiene needs serious attention.

29/06/2026: Since McDonald's was lit and accessible (doors open), we went in. Imagine our surprise when we were escorted out without the slightest courtesy. There's a way to say things.

07/07/2026: I placed a €23 order on Uber Eats, received a €15 order that was clearly not mine. I called, they told me to come pick up my order, so I went and took the bag, trusting them completely. When I got to work, I realized the dessert was missing... Anyway, I admit the first order was good, the second a bit bland and underwhelming, but oh well... makes sense.

30/05/2026: So disappointed once again. We're regulars at this restaurant; it's the closest to our home and work. The last three times we ordered, something was missing or it was completely cold… Last night we picked up our order since delivery arrives cold… once again, almost a €60 order, 2280 rösti but no rösti, one missing potato, and no sauce… Last time I called, but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. €60 is a lot of money, after all… Very, very disappointed. We love McDonald's, but nothing ever goes right!

29/05/2026: McDonald's is quite nice overall, with a rather pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the hygiene is really lacking; the tables are often dirty, which somewhat spoils the experience. The floor in the restaurant area is sticky, but the state of the restrooms is unacceptable. It's a McDonald's, so you shouldn't expect too much. But even so, I at least expected a clean table without any hairs and faster service than a 20-minute wait. It's regrettable that a global brand like McDonald's operates with such an unprofessional staff.

23/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! Superb cuisine, especially Savoyard specialties. And the Chartreuse and génépi blueberry ice cream was a delight! The service was also very good. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

The restaurant was clean, pleasant, and had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good burger. I'll definitely be back!

15/07/2026: Bob Sainclar party on July 14th, booked for €30 per person excluding drinks… Scheduled from 7 pm to 2 am, we left at midnight. Still no Bob, but we watched the match on a big screen, standing up and without sound because other DJs were playing! Very disappointed. A lack of respect for the audience, hours of waiting to leave without having seen our now "ex" favorite DJ. Whether he even showed up or not, we'll never know!
