23/09/2026: I confirm the previous reviews stating that the restaurant's quality has declined. Indeed, the food is no longer what it used to be. The Tandoori chicken served was cold inside! This would suggest it was reheated. Also, a very small portion of rice was served despite the extra rice being ordered for an additional charge. The restaurant was empty on a Tuesday evening; we were the only table. I still gave it 3 stars for the naan and the butter chicken.

Here you can have a drink and a meal without breaking the bank.
One small drawback is the location: the establishment is on a very busy street, but the terrace is shaded and right opposite the market square.

05/09/2026: We asked for vegetarian options. They charged us the full price of the main dishes and removed the meat. There was still some meat on the plate. There was no apology, replacement or reduction. It was a very expensive, not very good meal. The waitress was kind and said the owner would make no concessions. Wasn't a nice experience but it was a nice place to sit near the old market.
05/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! After being turned away from every restaurant in the city center, the owner welcomed us despite the late hour, and we ended up having a lovely time. We'll be back!

17/09/2026: Reservation made for a Saturday around 6:00 PM in early September for 4 people for a meal around 8:00 PM. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:10 PM to find all the lights off, the curtains drawn, and the door closed. Many thanks to the owners for this welcome.

05/10/2026: We stumbled upon this place on Sunday after a bike ride with my partner, and what a find!
A very warm welcome, convenient bike parking right next door, a lovely terrace, and quick, impeccable service. The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the prices are really reasonable.
And what's more, it's open 7 days a week, all day long! :) I recommend it 2000%! Kudos to the whole team!

17/09/2026: A small restaurant just the way we like them. The welcome is warm, professional, and friendly; they take the time to discuss the dishes (delicious and beautifully presented).
Special mention goes to the sweetbreads with Grandma's sauce—a real treat, so good you'll want to mop up every last drop. It's simple, unpretentious, and excellent value for money—isn't that what you want in a traditional French restaurant?
12/09/2026: The sweetbreads (at a rather high price) in a smoky sauce are served with chopped new potatoes... It's unappetizing and frankly not very good... It's heavy... At over €50 per person, you can find much better elsewhere.

The welcome was pleasant.
And another customer even chatted with us. That was nice, because we no longer take the time to talk or say hello when we meet someone on our street whom we don't know.
We learned about the history of the neighborhood.
Thank you for this delicious meal at a good price.
30/07/2026: We had an amazing meal here. Home cooked food that was so good. Our hostess was so kind - we came with 6 adults and 6 children - and she went out of her way to help us all get great food.
