11/10/2026: It was my first time at this place. The welcome was great, the food was good, the portions were generous, and the pizzas were huge. I recommend it; I'll definitely be back.

29/09/2026: Disastrous experience!! I chose a fisherman's salad which was actually made up of potatoes that were about three days old, grayish, inevitably dried out, hard, and inedible... accompanied by a single scallop and a multitude of calamari topped with several slices of bacon 🤔. In short, since there were mostly potatoes, let's just say I didn't eat anything and therefore pointed out (discreetly, I'm nice) that my plate was inedible, which was indeed confirmed!! The waitress kindly gave me a 30% discount on my dish. Given its condition, I think it shouldn't have even been charged. How can they serve this kind of food!!!! It's shameful. It should also be noted that we chose a good wine, but the glasses were white with limescale, which is a real shame. I will never return to this place. I don't even want to imagine the state of the kitchens.

22/08/2026: A rip-off! Bread, tomatoes, tuna, two olives, two slices of egg... that's it!! That's all!! We want to enjoy a delicious meal, even if it costs more... but not be ripped off! The chard tart was the same!!! The bare minimum... I don't understand what happened; it used to be a great place.

21/08/2026: 08/2026 I ordered a pan bagnat on a friend's recommendation, but I was disappointed. The bread was a bit hard and seemed to be from the day before. No anchovies and not much filling. They've only recently started accepting credit cards.

10/10/2026: The pizzas are good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience doesn't make up for this first impression. The restaurant lacks atmosphere: no music, a rather cold ambiance, and somewhat slow service. As for the food, the ingredients don't seem particularly high-quality, and the pizzas lack that little something extra that makes you want to come back. For €15 a pizza, I expected better. The portions are also quite small. I usually never finish my pizzas, and I finished mine without any trouble. For those with a bigger appetite, the portions were just about enough. On the plus side, the pizza of the day was a very pleasant surprise; the offering was super original and tasty. Thank you for the warm welcome; the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Higher-quality ingredients, slightly more generous pizzas, and a more inviting atmosphere would better justify the prices.

02/10/2026: We came for lunch on a Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious pizzas, cooked with love and authenticity. Vincent was lovely and his welcome was very warm. It's a great place that I highly recommend!

10/10/2026: We ate there with our running/trail running group, Bad Runners, and everything went very well. There were 27 of us, the tarte flambée was very generous, the pizzas were equally excellent, the quality/quantity/price ratio was very fair, and everyone was very happy! Special mention to the young waitress for whom it was her first night; you were fantastic!

01/09/2026: My husband and I had lunch at Restaurant Le Royal and had a wonderful time. We received an extremely warm welcome in a beautiful, elegant, and inviting setting—exactly the kind we love. The service was absolutely perfect: professional, polite, and attentive, yet relaxed and natural. A perfect balance that made the experience particularly enjoyable. As for the food, it was a real treat! Everything was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our meal. A fantastic restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back! ❤️

22/05/2026: Located at the entrance to Bandol, this hotel enjoys a hillside setting, offering a peaceful and verdant atmosphere. It is also close to the village, the port, and restaurants, all easily accessible on foot, which is particularly convenient for fully enjoying your stay without needing a car. Some rooms are accessed via small private paths, surrounded by greenery, adding to the charm of the location and creating a pleasant sense of privacy. Most rooms offer a sea view, a true feast for the eyes. They are comfortable, well-equipped, and feature good bedding. A particularly thoughtful touch is the kettle stocked with tea, herbal tea, or coffee, to be enjoyed at your leisure on the private terrace. In the morning, weather permitting, breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea and the boats – a truly magnificent experience. The breakfast offers a sweet and savory selection of high-quality products, the perfect way to start the day. One slight drawback, however, concerns parking: it's not a proper parking lot, but rather spaces located along a small road, which can sometimes make parking tricky. Furthermore, the daily parking rate may seem a bit high. On the other hand, the room rates remain generally affordable, making this establishment a lovely place to enjoy Bandol in an enchanting setting.
