03/10/2026: Le Lavachet is a neighborhood in Tignes, a bit of a hidden gem. Relatively unknown for now, but that won't last. More local, more family-oriented, and a touch less touristy than the others. L'Arti is located right in the heart of it, which is perfect. Estelle serves up home-style cooking that's thoughtful, simple yet refined, offering exceptional value for money in Tignes. Local produce, a concise menu, French and Savoyard specialties, but not exclusively—it depends on her inspiration. Lunch, dinner, drinks—with family, friends, or even alone. 02/09/2026: The dishes are relatively simple but really very good. The service is excellent and very friendly.

26/09/2026: A good place for a set menu if you don't want to spend a lot of money. We had a starter: ham croquettes or pâté, a main course: pork loin, eggs, ham, potatoes, and peppers, or the daily special, and coffee. 20 euros per person. The waitress who served us spoke Spanish and was very attentive. Everything was delicious.

16/09/2026: We came for lunch at this establishment. The food is fresh and homemade, the portions are generous, and the welcome from the owners and the waitress on duty that day was excellent. Special mention goes to the crème caramel, which was superb. We recommend this establishment for its welcoming atmosphere and the quality of its food.

03/09/2026: Nice little pizza place just off the Grands Boulevards. They've introduced a lunchtime offer with pizzas for €10, which makes them good value for money. As we said, the pizzas are good. They're not necessarily the best we've had, but they're cheaper than the rest of the neighborhood, and they're generously topped, which is what we're looking for. The interior is quite nice too!

23/06/2026: We visited for dinner. The Flatbread pizza is Great! Inside the bathroom (innovative design) is a Transformational experience; Positively Energetic with an 8-9th Dimensional surprise(I swear I got glimpse of Dr. Who in the reflection, lol) and will become the talk of the table upon your return!!!!!!

25/10/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Don't waste your time and money. From the moment you arrive, you wait outside the restaurant and are ushered in in a small group with a hostess who is supposed to escort you. This was not the case. We found ourselves alone with other customers in the middle of the restaurant, thinking we would have to wait even longer. The man who seemed to be in charge of this deplorable service called out to us from a distance, shouting that we had to go upstairs. Upstairs, there was still no hostess to seat us, so we each went to a table. We sat down at a table for two that was barely bigger than a side table. The hostess looked at us, went downstairs, then came back up with the manager, who approached us with absolutely no politeness, kindness, or respect. He said, "I don't know who put you here; you'll have to move," without looking at us or explaining anything. We changed seats. (We realized they just had to push the tables together for a table of eight. As professional waitresses and cooks, we would have understood this kind of problem if you had had the decency to explain things differently.) Another waitress tossed the menus to us without a glance or a word. It was appalling. Far from the standard you think you have. So we decided to leave this disreputable place. Just so you know, I spent 15 minutes in this restaurant, I didn't even open their menu. I didn't see a smile, I didn't even get a look, and I would add that I didn't hear a single waitress' voice, the service was so cold. Run far away if you want to have a good time. Nearby, there's the Beau Rivage restaurant which offered us professional, warm service from the moment we arrived, with genuine customer care (even though the restaurant was packed).

25/10/2026: A disastrous experience at Di Più - Italian Restaurant Nice. The welcome was simply shameful: you clearly get the feeling you're being treated based on appearance from the moment you walk in. The woman at the reception was completely lost; we had to find our own seats, only to then be served by the waiter Régis, who was particularly unpleasant, even throwing the menus on the table without any respect. Throughout the entire service, the staff seemed totally out of their depth. As a professional chef, I know the restaurant industry very well, and this place is just taking advantage of its seaside location, but professionalism is completely absent. A mediocre tourist trap. Avoid it; other seaside restaurants are far more welcoming and respectful.

23/09/2026: We passed through Caen yesterday and tried it. Amazing! Great value menus. Delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. Special mention for the seafood stew. A wonderful discovery! Thank you!

08/05/2026: The hotel is a bit outdated. The room was comfortable, but not spotlessly clean. There was a very strong cooking smell coming from the kitchen in the hotel, and unfortunately, in our room as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel. It is located right in the center of Dol de Bretagne.

14/04/2026: Back again, drawn by nostalgia... The food is as delicious as ever. The service is always impeccable. 2024: A pleasant stay in a cozy and comfortable hotel located in a charming little town steeped in history. The food is excellent; the varied and flavorful dishes are served with care and a smile.

10/07/2026: The opening hours on this page are completely wrong. We were just passing through, arrived at 11:30 am at 5 am, and I asked if we could get something to eat. The woman replied, "Not before noon, you can sit down and have an aperitif while you wait!" We still had quite a drive ahead of us, so we left. It's a shame, I think this little restaurant is nice!

16/07/2026: Very good pizzas and extremely polite staff. The only downside, which brings down the overall atmosphere, is the limited seating and sometimes the fact that there's simply no room, so you're forced to order takeout. But otherwise, it was a great meal.

09/10/2026: The food was very mediocre; you can make much better at home. It was far too salty, and the bill was exorbitant. I will never set foot in this restaurant again.
