14/10/2026: The best artisanal ice cream in Saint-Malo! Sanchez offers a multitude of homemade tastes and flavors, so everyone can find something they love (young and old alike). The ice creams are generously sized. Tried and tested by the whole family for years 😎

11/10/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered a scoop of salted caramel and a scoop of lemon meringue pie. The caramel wasn't great at all, and I found two hairs in the lemon one!!...plus it was sickeningly sweet.

20/07/2026: July 20 2026 - Adding one star after the response from FIAT - really appreciate it and all the best with the improvement phase! Your place has a strong potential :) . Brunch review only: go there for the gorgeous outdoor area and the kids' animator, but absolutely not for the food!!! It is cold, average to bad (especially the viennoiserie), no egg station only watery scrambled eggs. Super disappointing for a 25€ /adult and 15€/ kid (any age apparently, even a 2 years old) all you can eat buffet.

10/04/2026: Stayed at FIAP Jean Monnet on a school trip and it was a really bad experience. The room was tiny with barely any space or storage, and we struggled to even get suitcases inside. The beds were uncomfortable and unsafe — the mattresses kept sliding off, one even fell during the night, and the bunk bed was wobbly with no railing. The room felt dirty with dust everywhere, mold on the bathroom roof, random hair, and even a hoodie that wasn’t ours. Towels and bedsheets were never changed. The bathroom setup made no sense. The toilet had no sink, and we weren’t given soap or tissues at all. The shower was awful — the head kept falling, doors got stuck, water was either freezing or boiling, and it flooded easily. Lights would randomly turn off, even mid-shower. There were lots of broken or unsafe things: doors didn’t close or lock properly, windows were broken, curtains didn’t work, and there was water damage, peeling paint, and even a crack in the ceiling. The room had barely any working plugs, charging was extremely slow, and there was no water, no TV, bad WiFi, and no heating. The rest of the building wasn’t better — broken and slow lifts, boring playroom, and useless expensive vending machines. Food was also bad: stale bread, watery drinks, unclean cutlery, and rude staff who took food away early. Overall, it felt dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. Definitely would not recommend.

19/08/2026: The crust is good. It's okay, but. The filling is very, very light. Too much crust, not enough filling.

17/08/2026: Pizzeria basically for ordering and taking away. They offered us a table outside and we had dinner outside very comfortably. The pizzas we ordered were very good, to be honest. The service was very correct and fast, although they confused us with Italians and Spaniards (hahahaha). It is definitely a place to go back to.

02/10/2026: Terrible experience. The lock on my room door did not work for two full days, so I had to sleep with the door unlocked. A completely unacceptable security issue. I also ordered a Coca-Cola and received just a glass of Coke — no bottle or can — for €3.50. When I complained, the hotel manager rudely told me to go to the supermarket and buy a 1.5L bottle for €1.50. I told her that was basically what she had done: pour me one glass from a large bottle and charge me €3.50. She was extremely rude, raised her voice at me and spoke to me very disrespectfully. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in France. I would not recommend this place. Horrible experience. 27/09/2026: We had dinner and spent the night at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, both at the hotel and the restaurant. We highly recommend this establishment, which is very well located in the village.

14/09/2026: What a pleasure to have lunch here this Sunday! A wonderful welcome from a very friendly person. The set menu was excellent. Only local products were used, and their origin was clearly explained to us. In short, nothing negative to say. We'll be back as soon as possible.

10/08/2026: Red Poppy is the kind of bar you want to keep going back to. The cocktails are excellent, the owner and servers are friendly and pleasant, and the service is very efficient. I highly recommend it.

20/09/2026: I'm currently stuck in the restaurant. The owner locked me in the back room because I said the food wasn't cooked properly. Please help me get out! (They don't serve halal food. When I asked for a halal steak, she told me if I wasn't happy, to go to the kebab shop next door. Disrespectful behavior.)

12/09/2026: Excellent skate with capers and a perfectly matched chocolate mousse/cream. Very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

13/06/2026: We were disappointed with room 26; the mechanical ventilation was very noisy and we slept poorly. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor, making it impossible to see ourselves properly in the mirror, and there was no magnifying mirror for applying makeup, which even less prestigious hotels often have these days. The bedside lamps also provided insufficient light. On the other hand, we greatly appreciated the warm welcome and the reception staff, as well as the staff in the gourmet restaurant. The meal was also delightful.
