27/08/2026: A warm welcome at Arnaud's. The food is of very high quality and carefully prepared. A very pleasant evening on the terrace.

01/08/2026: During a stop in Segny, we had dinner on the back terrace of the restaurant. My husband enjoyed excellent kidneys, and I had a delicious tomato and burrata salad. Highly recommended.

06/09/2026: The worst fried noodles I've ever eaten. A tourist might be none the wiser, but a Mauritian or someone familiar with Mauritian cuisine will immediately realize that the quality and taste are clearly lacking. I absolutely do not recommend it.

27/10/2026: Fantastic welcome, wonderful team (owner and staff), we had a fantastic meal! Excellent value for money, very generous and delicious portions, perfect service, and incredibly friendly staff. An address I'll definitely keep in mind, I recommend it 100%! And I almost forgot, a magnificent view and non-stop service.

02/12/2025: What can I say? The food was reasonably good, the service pleasant, the waiter was friendly despite his lack of formal training, and the dining room was empty while the other restaurants on the square were full. The value for money was definitely lacking. Two things really disappointed us. First, I asked the waiter what vegetables were in my dish, and he couldn't tell me. When we came back, we learned that the chef had gone home, and the waiter explained that the kitchen assistant was running the show. Second, we were refused an upgrade to a higher-priced menu because, and I quote, the waiter said, "I ask at the beginning because I don't know how to upgrade the menu when the bill arrives." So we ended up paying full price for a starter/main course plus dessert, even though a three-course menu (starter/main/dessert) was available. This is the first time this has ever happened to us.

26/09/2026: The food was delicious; the menu isn't extensive, but you can sample authentic French cuisine. I ordered two items they didn't have, but other than that, the service was exceptional.

23/08/2026: Simple pizzeria. Small terrace in front of a small wooden building/shed. But the quality of the pizza is fine and the service is with a smile. Price/performance is OK.

24/10/2026: Passing through on a Sunday morning, what a delightful surprise to stumble upon this place where a philosophy café was taking place with a large crowd, followed by a wonderful atmosphere. Very reasonable prices and a superb location on the banks of the Loire.

21/09/2026: Superb place, charming old-fashioned decor. The draft beers are excellent. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the Loire. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend it.

25/09/2026: Very unfriendly service. We just wanted to make a stop for a morning coffee. First it took a long time for them to take an order, then she didn't understand what we meant with "Cappuccino". The man came to help and was very unfriendly about us not being allowed to just order a drink and that we had to sit at the bar instead of outside. When we tried our best to order cappuccino in French again, he got annoyed and said they didn't have cappuccino. We ordered normal coffee instead. The man kept giving us an angry side eye a couple of times, and ignored us whenever we wanted to ask something. It took a long time before we could pay and had to ask multiple times. The owner didn't say thankyou or bye to us. Very unfriendly staff, and felt like we were looked down upon because we were tourists and not locals.

07/10/2026: We were very dissatisfied with our experience at this restaurant. First of all, there were many gnats and flies buzzing around us, which was extremely bothersome during our meal. We were also very disappointed with the service. The servers were barely available, and we had to do a lot of things ourselves. Even getting a simple carafe of water required multiple requests. Every time we needed something, we had to call a server over to be served. In a restaurant, we are supposed to be welcomed and treated like regular customers, with a minimum of attention and service. However, today, we truly felt like we were our own servers at our table.
