15/06/2026: Beautiful setting but disappointing contents. The room is not worth the price! Very small space due to the very steep sloping ceiling. The bathroom was slippery and tilted, so we almost fell. No water available in the room (no glass carafe, bottle, or water bottle), no desk... however, the room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was perfect. The surroundings were quite pleasant. It was impossible to eat on-site as the restaurant was booked for a private event... extremely disappointed. The value for money is absolutely terrible!!! The room isn't worth more than €100/night, if that!

13/08/2026: A well-located nightclub right in the city center, with a pretty cool atmosphere. Be warned, though: the hours listed on Google Maps don't always seem to match the actual opening times, so it's best to check before heading out. The staff is friendly and approachable, although the way they communicate is sometimes a bit informal and lacks a bit of professionalism. As for the atmosphere, the music is good and the venue does its job perfectly. It has several areas, including small, cellar-style side rooms that allow you to get away from the dance floor and settle in more quietly. This layout gives the place character and allows for a variety of vibes throughout the evening. Prices are generally affordable. Shots are a bit pricey, but they're within the usual nightclub range, so nothing particularly shocking. The major downside, however, is the hygiene. We arrived quite early in the evening and most of the tables were already sticky and visibly dirty. A better cleaning before opening would clearly have been necessary. Overall, a nice place to go out, with a good atmosphere and reasonable prices, but a real effort needs to be made regarding cleanliness.

24/06/2026: I had a terrible experience at Les Caves du Roi. I felt completely humiliated. When we tried to speak to the owner, his only response was that he couldn't do anything. We were eventually kicked out, even though we were a group of six friendly, respectful people who had simply come to have a good time and enjoy a drink. There are no security cameras inside the establishment, making it difficult to verify the facts. On the other hand, it seems that some people exhibiting inappropriate behavior, even drug-related, are tolerated, while decent and respectful customers are not. This experience was very disappointing, and we will not be returning.

31/05/2026: We arrived this morning for coffee, and the manager of the Querrien hotel-restaurant told us the coffee machine wasn't working! It was 9:00 AM, and the hotel guests were enjoying their breakfasts. Our disappointment was matched only by our initial, indescribable joy... So, a word to those who value kindness, respect, and professionalism: AVOID the Querrien in Cancale without hesitation. The welcome is a disgrace, and on top of that, it's delivered with arrogance and an oversized ego! Fortunately for us, just a few meters away, we were received with the utmost respect.

28/05/2026: Warm welcome and very friendly service. But the food was 😞 not good and very expensive for what was probably frozen. We won't be back.

21/10/2026: A good bakery with quality products and artisanal expertise. It gained significant recognition thanks to the M6 ​​program "La Meilleure Boulangerie de France" (The Best Bakery in France), but prices seem to have risen as high as its reputation. This is especially true for the flan, which is over €5 a slice, and for some of the specialty breads.

10/10/2026: Excellent! I came across a video on TikTok where a woman was tasting your flans. It made me want to try them, and I wasn't disappointed. They're homemade and delicious. I even had my family try them, and they loved them. I recommend them 1000%! I'll definitely be back 😊

25/10/2026: The service needs improvement. When you ask to pay the bill a certain way and are shown the door within two minutes with a cardboard cup to finish your drink outside, it's very poor service for a bar in a tourist area on a Saturday night. I won't even mention the waitress's obvious attitude; she was clearly drunk. I've rarely seen anything like it in Nice.

18/10/2026: Ordered a glass of infused rum, surprise, dead midges at the bottom of the glass....it was only refilled after being filtered to remove the dead ones....No gesture of goodwill and no apology from the manager....a lovely waitress to compensate, but very disappointed, I did not want any extra protein in the glass.

30/09/2026: Of course, the wine list is exceptional! It's hard to find anything better in this category of restaurant. The food is very good; I ordered a classic, and it was really excellent. The dessert was a bit more conventional (homemade? I'm not sure). But the price is a bit too high, and the portions a little small. I ended up paying over €40 for a beef bourguignon, a mille-feuille, and a 20cl ginger beer, and I was still hungry: it was very good, but expensive. The service was very friendly.

13/10/2026: Worst McDonald's ever, always forgetting things, cold food, stingy, ice creams are less than half full. The manager took our order herself because the kiosk wasn't working, and even when we told her out loud everything we needed, she got the burger, ice cream, and meal orders wrong.

11/10/2026: Excellent organic galettes and crêpes for us!!! The chef was lovely and took our reservation before opening time, and the service was impeccable. We'll be back on our next trip to Vannes.

06/10/2026: A good crêperie in the port of Vannes; we had galettes which, while not the best we'd had in a few days, were quite good. The service was very friendly, as is typical throughout Brittany.

24/08/2026: The dish was simply delicious, and the foie gras and toasts were perfect. Absolutely no complaints! Even though I'm quite picky, I managed to find something I loved among the dishes on offer. I would simply suggest offering more dessert options. Aside from ice cream, tarts, crème brûlée, etc., I think it's a shame there aren't any chocolate desserts, like chocolate mousse or chocolate fondant. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place for a family dinner.

28/07/2026: So, how to put it... Simply very disappointed with the quality of the dishes. The foie gras wasn't homemade, which is okay, I guess, but the presentation was insignificant. The sweetbread casserole was mediocre, and the lamb was a complete letdown. Imagine being in a school cafeteria, and you're served a slice of leg of lamb cut with a lightsaber, placed on the plate with absolutely no flavor and no jus. It was like something out of a cheap restaurant. The cheese course was also cafeteria fare, and the cheese wasn't even local. The dessert was a crème caramel, but the caramel was nowhere to be seen. All this for a bill that didn't reflect the quality of the food. In short, if I can give you one piece of advice, keep walking and look elsewhere.
