31/07/2026: I placed an order today, July 31st, 2026, for a Maxi Best Of meal with fries, cheddar cheese, and bacon (an extra charge, remember), and when I opened the order, I realized the bacon wasn't there. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE, NOT A LOT OF IT!! This isn't the first time this has happened. Between this and the sandwich modifications I requested not being consistently made when requested, it's starting to get really annoying. I want to point out that rushing something as simple as this is frightening; normally, it's done by heart. There's more than just sloppiness in this restaurant; I'd call it simple presenteeism, nothing more to say.

31/07/2026: Dirty restaurant. They always forget things. They wouldn't exchange a toy we already had (which they'd forgotten, so we had to go back), but leaving a review here is pointless; I'll just file a complaint on the McDonald's website with my receipt as proof if needed. Oh, and I forgot to mention, I've already gotten sick after going to this McDonald's. Anyway, the one in Aeroville is better, and they're friendlier there too.

31/07/2026: The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to! Aside from laughing and wandering around, the cashiers do absolutely nothing. Orders are incomplete. Half the items are missing. Aphids everywhere. Overflowing trash cans even though the restaurant is empty.

11/07/2026: I would recommend avoiding this place if possible. I wanted an Americano, so I ordered two 3-euro café allongés, but since the weather was so hot, I asked to switch them to iced coffee. When I received the coffee, I was a bit puzzled because it seemed like syrup had been added. Although it was our fault, we were in a hurry, so we asked for the bill. The staff member held out a card reader first to process the payment and then informed us of the total amount; however, the bill came to 16 euros, when we naturally assumed it would be 6 euros. It seemed like the bill was 7 euros for two people and a 1-euro service charge for two. When I pointed out that the amount seemed odd, the staff member went to the counter, slammed a 2-euro coin on the table, and said "Bye bye." When I asked if we hadn't ordered the 3-euro café allongés, the employee simply explained that they had added the syrup as a complimentary service and that the price for the iced coffee was different, which left me feeling quite upset. I never asked for syrup, so how is there any magic that makes two 3-euro coffees with syrup and ice turn into 16 euros?

21/06/2026: Living in the neighborhood, we used to come here a few years ago for a drink and to share platters (high-quality products, both cheeses and charcuterie, accompanied by condiments like walnuts, black cherry jam, grapes, etc.). But since the Olympics, the quality has completely declined, and the place has become a touristy bar/restaurant. Speaking of platters, we ordered one tonight: nothing but pre-packaged, industrial products, a bit of lamb's lettuce in the middle, all for the modest sum of €25. The service is also often haphazard (you can sometimes wait 20 minutes before a server even acknowledges you, orders are forgotten, receipts are mixed up, etc.), and the cocktails are often far too sweet (and not remade). In short: nice for a Perrier or a beer in the sun in a charming, quiet spot, but I really regret this decline in quality.

08/05/2026: Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Honestly, nothing to say, it's top-notch! I just got home from work and I can tell you it's the best pizzeria in Loos and Lille. The staff is wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. As for the pizza... it's amazing! Fantastic, fantastic, excellent. Quality ingredients and delicious flavor. Go for it without hesitation, it's 100% approved!"

06/04/2026: Sale day, very crowded, no consideration for customers, no gesture of goodwill, we received a different order than the original one, very, very disappointed, avoid at all costs

09/07/2026: I arrive at the terrace; people are seated at tables. A chair closes off the terrace, and I ask a customer, "Is it closed?" He replies, "We're on strike!" I realize it's a joke and take a step inside. A man comes out of the café and immediately gets angry: "We're telling you it's closed!" I look at him, both bewildered (this man is out of his mind) and amused (Parisian cafés...). I say calmly, with a smile, "You're not being friendly, that's a fact." He shouts at me, "Use your head!" I reply, "I can't, I'm a woman!" He takes my joke literally and yells, "Don't put words in my mouth!" Needless to say, I'll never be back. There are much more welcoming cafés. This man needs to go back to basics. A simple "sorry we are closed" in even a neutral tone would have sufficed.

28/07/2026: The kebab meat was very good, but ruined by the reheated, day-old bread. What a shame! It's unacceptable to sell stale bread with kebabs; it completely ruins it. Please be careful next time; the sandwich fell apart because the bread was so stale, and that ruined the taste too!

15/04/2026: I've had the opportunity to work at the Pavillon Elysée Té several times as a corporate photographer for company seminars with between 90 and 120 participants. From conference coverage and roundtable discussions to speeches, award ceremonies, and networking during coffee breaks and cocktail receptions, I've documented all these moments at this venue. The Pavillon Elysée Té boasts a large, bright conference room, well-suited to corporate events of this scale, complemented by more intimate lounges that allow for parallel sessions or networking areas. Its location, just steps from the Champs-Élysées, is a clear advantage for welcoming participants from all over Europe. What particularly impressed me was the level of professionalism of the on-site teams: responsive technical staff, excellent catering, and well-oiled logistics. As a service provider, I was always able to work in excellent conditions, without any issues. Everything is designed to ensure the event runs smoothly, which also makes the work of the speakers and organizers easier. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for demanding corporate events.

03/06/2026: Nothing to report, I see some unjustified comments. The person at reception was friendly. I had a nice little chat with him this morning. The rooms are spacious, they are a few years old, but nothing to report. The shower water is good, with good pressure (I mention this because it's not the case in all hotels), and there's a small terrace overlooking a quiet park. The restaurant staff is very helpful. Local cuisine. I will gladly return.

27/05/2026: I only tried the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the setting, and the daily menu, all offering unbeatable value for money. Once you go, you'll want to come back.

04/04/2026: I stayed at the hotel for two weeks during a business trip. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Every day, I received a warm and friendly welcome from Pascal and the team. The evening meals were excellent! There was a wide selection for breakfast. The location is perfect, on the edge of town but close to the main shopping area. There's parking in front of the hotel, which is great for parking nearby.
