18/01/2026: Appalling service and a complete lack of professionalism. They offer set menus with dessert included, but I didn't even have time to specify which dessert I wanted before the cashier told me the price. When I asked, "And the dessert?", the response was, "Too late, I've already taken your payment." The result: over €20 for two sandwiches and two drinks, without the desserts that were supposedly included in the set menu. This is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against going there. I request a discount for next time.

18/03/2026: Very convenient for students as it's only two minutes from the university. Ninkasi remains a reliable choice for its burgers and beers.

10/03/2026: I love going to Ninkasi, especially since the owner and servers are very attentive when you have a problem. I recommend the burger with barbecue sauce and fries—yum!—but not the hot chocolate…

09/03/2026: I ordered spaetzle, a truly excellent specialty. I loved it; it's incredibly filling. I recommend it because it's a nice change from sauerkraut. It's great for kids too. The decor is lovely; it was a positive experience!

In addition to the warm welcome, the food was absolutely delicious (I highly recommend the risotto, simply divine) and the price very reasonable. I hope to return soon and I highly recommend it!

06/02/2026: Best couscous in the 65 (Hautes-Pyrénées) by far! The lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the kebabs were deliciously grilled and fresh. I had the royal couscous, and absolutely everything was divine, even the harissa was homemade, fragrant, and fresh! 🤩😍 To top it all off, the oriental pastries were to die for (I'm not usually a big fan of oriental pastries), I devoured them in one bite! 🤗 And the mint tea... 🙊🥰 The lady who served and welcomed us was wonderful, the setting was beautiful, comfortable, and authentic. I highly recommend it to everyone; everything is of very high quality. It's a real treat, and the value for money is fantastic.

11/03/2026: A huge disappointment at this restaurant. On a Sunday at lunchtime. We had to keep our coats on unless we mentioned it. No background music and quite noisy, far from a cozy atmosphere. No wine list offered, only wines by the glass. The service was very/too fast; we were asked, "How many minutes will it take for the next course?"... No dessert menu, just an audio listing of a rather limited selection. It seems that, being full of regulars, this restaurant pays little attention to new customers. The food was very good, but the service needs improvement.

07/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Overpriced for very disappointing quality. We waited about an hour and a half between courses. The fish arrived cold, the vegetables were undercooked, and the fritters were far too greasy. The experience was all the more unpleasant in an uninviting dining room. A very bad experience; I do not recommend it.
