21/10/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it. The food was superb, the cordon bleu was incredibly good. Furthermore, the restaurant is very child-friendly: the menu was great, my 15-month-old baby had a high chair, and there's a changing table in the restroom.

07/06/2026: A truly delightful and relaxing experience at Mas Candille. The setting is absolutely sublime: elegant and refined, yet never stuffy. The welcome is warm and attentive, immediately contributing to the serene atmosphere. Lunch by the pool was a real treat, with dishes as flavorful as they were delicate: zucchini blossoms, perfectly cooked John Dory, and red berries for dessert. The spa is a haven of peace: a heated pool at 26 degrees Celsius, a hammam, a sauna, and sun loungers invite you to completely disconnect. As for the massage, it was simply divine, providing a profound sense of well-being and relaxation. An enchanting, timeless interlude from which you emerge completely refreshed. €250 per person for the all-inclusive package, which I highly recommend.

It offers a range of snacks and a menu of larger meals, all well cooked and presented in an unfussy yet unique environment. A great place to visit in combination with a number of nearby Memorials.

27/09/2026: What a treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening last night. Everything was perfect for a truly delightful experience. The couscous was delicious. The delicately flavored broth tantalized the taste buds; the couscous itself was excellent! The welcome was incredibly warm, from the mother in the kitchen to her son serving. You are greeted with great care and kindness. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It had been a long time since we'd had such delicious couscous. A huge thank you to the entire team at La Ménara.

Having dined at many excellent restaurants, I was blown away by this one: the owner alone in the dining room provides impeccable service, while the owner himself works in the kitchen, creating dishes worthy of a Michelin star. The dining room is beautiful and peaceful. I absolutely loved this place. The restaurateurs are a passionate and, above all, highly professional couple. So don't hesitate. We'll definitely be back.

17/10/2026: We had a truly wonderful time at our table. We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, just passing through. From appetizer to dessert, it was pure bliss! Everything was beautifully prepared. The Saint Marcellin cheese, the beef chuck (prepared like a beef bourguignon), and the lemon tart (on puff pastry!) were all excellent. Kudos to the warm welcome, the service, and the delicious food. A place to remember for next time and to recommend to everyone. P.S.: The dining room is lovely! And it's best to make a reservation.

17/10/2026: Discovered by chance during our travels. We were incredibly lucky to get a table. And what a table it was! Starter, main course (a beef chuck steak bourguignon style that was to die for), and an extraordinary lemon meringue tart. Passing through Mazamet without planning to eat there is a serious mistake ☺.

The service is quick, and the pizzas are always delicious and perfectly prepared. You can tell the whole team works with dedication and good humor! A special shout-out to the owner, who prepares the pizzas right in front of you with passion and a love for his craft. Watching the pizzas being made and smelling that delicious aroma makes you want to eat them even before you take the first bite! 😍🍕 Special mention for the Tuesday specials at €8.99. 09/10/2026: I ordered 5 pizzas with appetizers. The pizzas arrived, but the appetizers didn't! I called 20 minutes later, and the so-called manager told me that either I accepted the appetizers at the end of the meal, or he'd give me a credit note! They mess things up, and we're the ones who suffer because they never give refunds.

01/08/2026: A very pleasant stop on our hike. A simple and warm welcome. Quality products (the morning fruit juice is sublime). A superb view of Ajaccio and the surrounding gulfs, and remarkable tranquility.
