26/09/2026: We’re so happy we found this little gem of a restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely courtyard, delightful service and yummy lasagne. Great prices too.

20/09/2026: A delightful, idyllic moment. Shaded terrace. High-quality ingredients. Excellent service. A nice bonus: at the restaurant entrance, there's a souvenir shop with lovely items.

15/09/2026: This store is quite well stacked with the traditional food items an Indian, at times an Asian might require. There are lables everywhere to locate the item you might be looking for; and if you are stuck, there's always some staff member around who's quite willing to assist you. Moreover, this becomes almost one-stop shop where you can get grocery items as well as vegetables, including grated coconuts - half the job done in the shop itself!! Conveniently located between Gare du Nord and La Chapelle stations, the shop is very easy to access.

06/07/2026: I called the store with a question, they answered once and then hung up on me, twice in a row. Very unpleasant

02/09/2026: I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant / café. I casually walked in around 12:00 p.m. after walking around Paris all morning, simply wanting to sit down for 20 minutes and have a chai latte. The restaurant was practically empty, with only two tables occupied, so I politely asked if I could have my tea in the restaurant. I was told that all the tables were reserved. I completely understood and explained that I would only stay for 20 minutes. They eventually gave me a table supposedly reserved for 1:00 p.m., but within minutes, I was asked to move because the customer had already arrived. In fact, I was moved twice, and the last table I was given came with a 10-minute limit. I found the whole experience extremely uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing. I left feeling like I was simply not welcome. To make matters worse, the chai latte was awful. It cost €6, and the portion was so small it felt more like a tea tasting than an actual drink. Definitely not worth the price. I don't understand how it was completely booked when it's not even that good. What is particularly disappointing is that, after reading previous reviews, I noticed several other customers have complained about very similar experiences with the service and feeling unwelcome. Clearly, this is not something worth changing for them.

17/09/2026: I'm back today, two years after my first (very positive) review. A huge thank you to the two gentlemen who were there this evening (September 17, 2026) for their kindness and warm welcome! The gentleman who usually serves me is always lovely, smiling, and very kind; it's always a pleasure to be served by him. And a special mention to the new gentleman, who seems to have only been there for a few days: what kindness! 🥹 He truly goes above and beyond with the customers, showing incredible attentiveness and kindness. I think I've rarely met such a kind person in a fast-food restaurant! Thank you both for this wonderful welcome, don't change a thing! Good welcome, friendly staff, fast service. We came this afternoon around 3 pm, and there were still all the possible choices available. I highly recommend it.

26/08/2026: I ordered through Uber Eats. It cost me €16 and some change for a bland bacon burger, with no salad, and definitely labeled "frozen." (Not surprised if everything is frozen.) The only thing that had any flavor was the Biggy sauce. Other than that, zero stars. I don't recommend it.

25/08/2026: Pepperoni pizza without pepperoni (just kidding, there was one pepperoni per slice), okay for a quick fix. Nice dining area, super clean restrooms, you feel right at home, fast service, basic menu for a fast food place. Well located but not very accessible by car. Open 7 days a week until late, so super cool.

15/01/2026: Door closed despite a confirmed reservation an hour earlier. No note on the door.

21/12/2025: My husband and I discovered this sushi restaurant and had a wonderful time. The menu is extremely varied, with something for everyone, which is a real plus. The waitress was incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was a true delight: everything was delicious and bursting with flavor. We will definitely be back!

11/03/2026: The agency staff were very friendly and attentive. The apartment was very well located, right at the foot of the slopes as advertised. A few repairs were needed, such as a leaking toilet, a shower tap that needed replacing, and a patio door that needed fixing. Otherwise, we had a great week as a family in Les Menuires.

30/08/2026: We ordered 4 pizzas by phone. The preparation time was respected. The pizzas were very generously topped with good quality ingredients and the crust was delicious. The pizzas were fantastic, we highly recommend them! 🤤❤️

26/08/2026: It's a shame I didn't have time to test the quality of the pizzas because after almost 15 minutes on speakerphone, no one ever spoke to me. The pizzas might be good. I'll never know. I thank Bella Pizza for their quick and very professional response, which was much appreciated. I completely understand the situation during peak season, but I was surprised that the professional order line was blocked for 15 minutes. No need to offer me pizzas, which I appreciate. I live nearby and I will gladly return.

10/10/2026: Tourist trap! This shop managed to sell me a dried-out, expired praline brioche (sold on the 8th, with a best-before date on the 6th)! I only realized it when I got home—what a disappointment! Avoid at all costs!

26/06/2026: I was with a tour group. Rooms are small by USA standards but they are immaculate,everything works.Air conditioning was adequate and it was 95 degrees outside.

22/06/2026: Five stars location with a decent car park. A fairly "okay" condition for the room and facilities. You can expect the air conditioning is somewhat like a fridge-door opened at home, be aware if you're visiting in warmer days.

Here is some constructive feedback, with specific points for improvement. ⚠️ Key points to remember: • Spa: no real jacuzzi with hydromassage jets (mostly bubbles) • Spa: doors slam → constant noise • Rooms: outdated, poorly modernized • Restaurant: quality inconsistent with the hotel's positioning • Electric charging station: unusable without a personal cable 🧖‍♀️ SPA – Well-equipped but disappointing in the essentials The spa is comprehensive and pleasant, but: • The jacuzzis only work with bubbles • The seating in the pool has no jets • There are a few jets in the indoor pool, but they are very localized ➡️ Result: no real massage, limited relaxation ➡️ A shame for an establishment of this caliber 🔇 SPA – Major noise problem • Self-closing doors without dampers • They slam loudly every time someone passes through ➡️ Even in the relaxation rooms, the noise is constant ➡️ Very Detrimental to relaxation 🛏️ ROOMS – Lack of modernity • Clean but dated rooms • Little to no renovation ➡️ Stayed here 15 years ago → virtually no changes ➡️ Outdated style 🍽️ RESTAURANT – Disappointing for the standard • Semi-gastronomic positioning Example: • “Signature” burger → not homemade fries → undercooked fries → insufficient portion size ➡️ Still hungry after the meal ➡️ Questionable value for money ⚡ CHARGING STATION – Unpleasant surprise • Charging station present but: → requires your own cable ➡️ Impossible to charge on site ➡️ Outdated system (current charging stations have integrated cables) ✅ Conclusion The establishment has potential, but several concrete points detract from it The experience: • Spa needs improvement (jets + quieter rooms) • Rooms need modernization • Restaurant needs to be aligned with its positioning • Services need updating (electric vehicle charging station) 👉 With a few adjustments, the experience could be significantly better.

06/05/2026: The spa is really lovely and true to the photos; we had a great time there! The room was quite nice, a bit dated but clean. If I come back, I don't think I'd book it again. The service was also very good, both the meals and the buffet. The wait for dinner was really long at first (about 45 minutes), but after the first course, it was much more efficient! The staff is very friendly too!

17/09/2026: A wonderful discovery in Annecy! We had a fantastic meal, everything was perfect, with delicious dishes and impeccable service. A very warm welcome, a pleasant and attentive team: we will definitely be back!

11/08/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch here. I had le flan ratatouille with salad. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the chicken caesar salad and she was very happy with it. We felt welcomed by staff and the value for money was exceptional. We will return again soon.

03/10/2026: I am not sure why this has poor ratings. i thought my chicken (pollo) was absolutely delicious AND tou have to have the tiramisu with an espresso (great combination). i also tried the artichoke side dish. it was pretty good too. later my wife and cousin joined me and i told them about the chicken dish. they both loved it as well.

01/09/2026: Slow service despite more staff than customers. Carafe water was charged at €6, served in a bottle labeled "sparkling water" when it was actually tap water: a lack of transparency. The meat was bland, the stew contained chopped parsley not listed on the menu, and the Mondragone mozzarella was tasteless (like all mozzarella sold in France), yet we were told otherwise. When the manager realized our dissatisfaction, he didn't come back to our table. I'm adding this response here since I can't reply elsewhere. Nowhere is there any mention of your "sketchy bottle" system to save the planet. I'm sure you teleport the Mondragone mozzarella every day. Furthermore, I didn't question the origin, just the taste, which was sold as an excellent product with great flavor. A disgrace, honestly. You didn't offer anything at all. I ordered another plate of pappardelle without parsley (not listed on the menu, hence the problem). I obviously explained everything before paying. The cashier said, "Whoa, that's a lot." I didn't leave any further reviews. For the vendetta of the year. I took the liberty of reducing my rating to one star because of your false responses. Even more disappointing.

14/07/2026: I enjoyed the Bastille Day menu today, and it was perfect from start to finish. Beautifully presented, generous portions, delicious, and the side dish was original. There's really not much to say except bravo to the chef and her team! Excellent value for money. Thank you, and don't change a thing! Marc Founaud

08/07/2026: Hello What a disappointment! We come every year, and this time we were very disappointed! The food was bland and not very generous! It felt like we were in a snack bar! The service was adequate but cold! We missed the old team! The atmosphere isn't the same anymore!
