18/07/2026: You could write: ★☆☆☆☆ Romantica is truly misnamed: we thought we'd be spending a romantic evening over two pizzas and a few drinks, but instead, we had a… traumatic experience! The welcome was as warm as a freezer, and the open kitchen might have been better off staying closed, as the state of hygiene completely killed our appetite. As for some of the products on display, they didn't exactly inspire confidence. It's the first time we've ever looked more at the kitchen than the pizza, wondering if the real dish of the day wasn't the food itself. This place mostly made us want to go home for dinner… and rediscover the meaning of the word "Romantica."

16/05/2026: The staff were very welcoming, warm, and friendly, and even pointed out the mistake so I wouldn't have to pay extra next time. However, I'm still very disappointed that they no longer offer curry sauce on the custom pizzas 🥲 Despite this minor detail, the pizzas were very good!

02/08/2026: The employee, Batuhan, approached me, saying he missed his native language and would like to exchange a few words in Turkish with me. I agreed, thinking it was just a friendly chat. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly took a turn that made me very uncomfortable. He made sexually suggestive remarks to me and also made inappropriate comments about other female customers. Even though his shift was over, I find this behavior toward a customer completely inappropriate. This experience deeply disturbed me.

14/07/2026: The pizzas are very good, but I have to mention the appalling customer service caused by the unbearable young woman who takes orders and greets customers at the pizzeria. I live in Paris, and yet I've never seen anything like it: an unbearable tone, bordering on disrespectful to her cooks (who are lovely) but also to customers, both in person and on the phone (she sighs and grimaces when taking orders). I understand the stress that busy periods can create, but she really should consider keeping her cool or risk losing customers. It's a shame because otherwise, I recommend this place!

26/05/2026: This place is welcoming, the staff are very friendly and pleasant, and the food is absolutely delicious. The pizzas are incredibly soft, creamy, and melt in your mouth.

01/08/2026: No air conditioning, stifling heat in the dining room. Unspeakable filth starting on the stairs: slimy floor, sticky tables, grease stains on the banquettes, a disgusting smell... The staff rummage through the garbage and enter the restrooms wearing kitchen overshoes. So much for hygiene...
