Fresh, high-quality ingredients, a great crust, perfect cooking—everything was expertly executed. A little tip: Save room for dessert, made by the owner, who is a pastry chef! A big thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant in Eguilles.

03/05/2026: Dinner for two at the Auberge du Bois Prin restaurant. Peaceful setting, a little removed from the center of Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. Excellent cuisine featuring local and seasonal products with just the right flavors. Attentive service. All in all, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it!

27/04/2026: I am am infrequent reviewer, but I had to write about this hidden gem. Rooms are excellent. Slept great in the bed. Showers pressure is fantastic. Views and location are excellent. Hotel is up a hill from the town, but those calories are offset by the wonderful food at the restaurant. One of the best dining experiences I have had.

Here you won't find pizza, but only hearty, family-style Italian dishes, all homemade and prepared fresh to order. I thoroughly enjoyed savoring the delicious food and chatting with the lovely staff. And above all, don't miss the tiramisu 😋. I'll definitely be back. Note: The dining room can get a bit noisy when there's a large group, but otherwise, the quality is perfectly acceptable.

A warm and friendly welcome (despite the restaurant being full), attentive service from the manager, local and artisanal cuisine with a varied menu, and good value for money. Arriving around 9 pm, I was greeted with exceptional kindness by a charming young man who was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. It was a true pleasure to be received with such care and professionalism. The meal began with a perfectly balanced kir as an aperitif, followed by an absolutely excellent glass of Pinot Noir that perfectly complemented the meal. The food was flawless: the carpaccio starter was extraordinary, and the meat in the main course, with its fries and sauce, was a pure delight. I finished on a high note with the baked custard, a truly exquisite treat. There wasn't a single hitch; everything was perfect. The decor is fantastic, and the atmosphere is truly wonderful. I want to congratulate the entire team for their fabulous work, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. A truly superb experience that I wholeheartedly recommend!
