10/08/2026: Very disappointed. Reading the reviews, you expect something high-quality, but not at all. The rice was rock hard as soon as it arrived, probably from the day before at least... not to mention the tiny size of the pieces.

31/07/2026: A wonderful experience and a beautiful location with a breathtaking view of the stadium. We received a very warm welcome with professional and efficient service, despite the crowd and reduced staff. The manager and her team were everywhere at once, always ready to assist customers with a smile. Kudos to all three of them and to the kitchen team, as the food was excellent. We will be back!

28/08/2026: Pierre's broth only lasted a month, unfortunately! It will close permanently (due to liquidation) as of July 1st. Apparently, there's a change of ownership; the brasserie will remain under the same name, but the broth will no longer be served.

30/06/2026: What a pleasure to find a place like this so close to home! It's so welcoming that you wish it would remain a secret to ensure you always get a table. It's the ultimate in delicious food. It's beautiful, it's delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. If I had to choose a place to become a regular, "Chez Pierre" would undoubtedly be on my shortlist. I truly love this place where you're welcomed with genuine warmth and good cheer.

15/06/2026: The red meat was excellent. The service was great 😃. The vegetables were just a little greasy for my taste... In the summer, when the terrace is set up, it's not very quiet since the restaurant is on the edge of a busy road.

15/08/2026: Bad experience. We waited an hour before being served. Our dish arrived, but the fish wasn't cooked. We complained to management, but they refused to acknowledge the issue and offered no compensation. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this establishment.

22/06/2026: Stayed in Suite 610 for 5 nights in May 2026. The suite itself was spacious, but the service was a serious disappointment. Housekeeping: Refused to clean our room for an entire day. When we went personally to reception at 17:00 to request service, we were told: "No housekeeping after 17:00." No DND sign was displayed — we would not have gone downstairs if it had been. Breakfast: On one morning a complete disaster — no buffet setup, 20-minute wait for coffee, no seating available, staff with no initiative. Other mornings borderline acceptable at best. IHG's response: We filed a formal complaint (Case #10594178493). IHG's reply claimed the DND sign had been displayed all day — an explanation that directly contradicts our own actions and was never once mentioned to us during our stay. Instead of resolving the matter, IHG chose to shift the blame onto the guest. No compensation offered. We are loyal IHG guests who stayed at this property before — last year's experience was excellent. Since the renovation, service quality has declined significantly. Will not return.

17/05/2026: This is a very cozy hotel that is in a phenomenal location. Personal, with very nice staff at the reception and in the bar. They are happy to help you with good tips for excursions or restaurants worth visiting. A big advantage is that they have rooms that you can stay in together for four people. Perfect for families!

19/08/2026: That evening, when we confirmed our order, we were told in an irritated tone, "Well, yes, that's what you asked for, so that's what I'm doing!" Except the price quoted didn't match the price displayed: it jumped from €4.15 to €5.30 for one item. Instead of apologizing, the waitress removed the price tag, claiming her colleagues had used the wrong label that morning (even though it was the correct product name), and then snapped at us, "It's still €5.30!" before we could even ask anything. This is false advertising, and the business owner must honor the displayed price. Especially given the disrespectful way we were treated.

15/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. While passing through Le Mans, we were recommended Grainel. Refined cuisine, wonderful discoveries, and a very warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

20/06/2026: Morocco is a top-notch restaurant in every way: atmosphere, service, and food. I no longer live in the area, but it's true that we organize little weekend trips to Paris just to stop by. It's a pain for us to be so far away, but we always find a way to go. So please don't go too many times so I can always get a table 🤣. I highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: Why rate the atmosphere? It's not a karaoke night. I'm going to talk about the service and the food. Excellent couscous. Lightly marinated and tender lamb skewers. Excellent. Chicken cooked mechoui-style. Vegetables that retained all their flavor. Impeccable, no-nonsense service. I had a very good time with my daughter.
