02/07/2026: From the moment we came in, we could feel welcomed. Staff was super friendly and respectful. We had the lobster menu. From the beginning to the end, it was pure magic. I felt as if I was in a chef cooking contest, where every dish was meant to impress. The presentation, the texture, taste, everything was amazing. Thank you!

05/12/2025: New review November 2025. When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience. Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead. Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).

28/08/2026: While passing through La Rochelle, we had dinner at La Boussole. We thoroughly enjoyed it. A fusion of Asian and French cuisine. The blend of spices was a delight! The portions were generous and the staff were pleasant and smiling. I will definitely return.

The atmosphere is well-maintained by the owner... delicious cuisine prepared by the chef, who has been with the restaurant for nearly 21 years.... A well-deserved success. 14/08/2026: We dined at this restaurant twice, and in particular enjoyed the raclette: a real treat! It was a generous portion, made with high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the staff, who are very friendly, smiling, and efficient, as well as to Alex, the owner, who is always very pleasant and welcoming. A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation! We will definitely be back 😊

14/08/2026: The staff are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The menu is enticing, featuring a variety of salads, Savoyard specialties, tap water, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and a pleasant outdoor terrace.

27/08/2026: Tonight, we ordered a Diabola and a Raclette with a white base! First, the delivery was well within the timeframe promised by the person on the phone—very fast. Second, the pizzas were fantastic! I loved them, and the Raclette was amazing. This isn't the first time I've ordered, and it definitely won't be the last.

23/08/2026: The pizzas are excellent, the crust is thin but risen. Generous portions with a variety of toppings. I've been recommending this place since it changed ownership. Fast delivery, the pizzas were still hot!

25/08/2026: It's surprising that a genuine review hasn't been published. Therefore, I'd like to confirm that despite our group reservation, the €18.50 menu was already unavailable by 1 p.m. While the food was decent, the main courses lacked any decent side dishes, the bread selection, though varied, was limited despite the charcuterie platter, the portions were particularly small, and the desserts, expensive as they were, were more like an accompaniment to a gourmet coffee (for example, the chocolate mousse). The quality/price/quantity ratio, which was insufficient to achieve a satisfying meal, was unsatisfactory.

25/08/2026: Disappointing. A tourist trap. Don't do it. We were recommend this bar by our hotel reception as a place to try different champagne by the glass. There was only one champagne by the glass. The menu was very ordinary. Catered to westerns - sliders etc. Nothing special.

21/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at Winstub S'Stewla. The food was delicious and plentiful. We left with full stomachs and delighted taste buds. It's worth noting that the ingredients are locally sourced, which makes it even more enjoyable. The service was impeccable and pleasant. The chef's visit at the end of our meal was a lovely touch. You can tell that the entire restaurant team is dedicated to making their customers feel pampered. A restaurant you absolutely must try.

23/08/2026: Second visit last Thursday... What can I say except that we had another excellent meal... A very kind waitress and a friendly owner. The pizza is still just as good, and the XXL cordon bleu lives up to its name... This second visit won't be the last. A top-notch welcome, waitresses and an owner who take great care of their customers... A friendly and warm atmosphere, and generous, high-quality dishes... In short, an address to remember... 19/08/2026: Originally from the Cannes area and visiting Alsace, we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome! The food is excellent with more than generous portions, and the service is friendly: we especially thank the manager for her kindness and friendliness. We will definitely be back for our next trip!

28/08/2026: Good food at a reasonable price. The service was a bit slow for lunch, even though the restaurant wasn't full. This won't stop us from returning with pleasure.
