12/08/2026: We discovered this lovely and charming restaurant on a sweltering evening, experiencing all the hardships that entails for professionals! Despite these conditions, every dish served was impeccable, with a little something extra in the light, simply delicious sauces... too often overlooked in favor of bland emulsions. This is an establishment we will gladly return to at a more pleasant time of year!

14/07/2026: We ate there on a Monday evening. The restaurant was quite empty, yet the starters and desserts were very good, freshly made by the chef, and the service was very pleasant and attentive. My only complaint was that it was a little too salty for me, but not for my family, who eat saltier food than I do. I still highly recommend it!

10/07/2026: I got it to go and ate it. It's delicious! If you're staying nearby, especially for Koreans, you can get takeout, wash up, turn on the air conditioner, and eat comfortably.

11/08/2026: Absolutely delicious! The tapioca had a great texture, and I thought it was really cool to be able to choose the sugar level in the drink. The place is so cute, it has a lovely atmosphere, and the owner is really nice :) I highly recommend it!

23/05/2026: We had a delightful stay at the MGallery Hotel. The welcome was superb, and we were upgraded to a suite, which we greatly appreciated. We dined at L'Alcove, the hotel's restaurant. The food was good and the setting pleasant. The cocktails were well-made. Alexandre's hospitality was a real plus. The breakfast was very good and varied. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bedding was excellent, and the king-size bed was a real treat. The hotel has underground parking, and its location right next to the castle entrance is a definite advantage. We happily recommend this hotel.

22/05/2026: The hotel has a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient to travel to and from Paris! It's also very easy to get to Versailles Palace, both within a 5-minute walk. The location is superb. The hotel offers half-board and accommodation at a reasonable price; the complete set meal is also quite affordable at €59. The steak was really delicious, with a slightly spicy green sauce that perfectly complemented the beef. The fries were also tasty. The breakfast quality was excellent, far superior to other 4-star hotels in Paris. However, it would be even better if breakfast was available until 11 am on weekdays. Adding a review: I stayed for five days. The first two days were excellent, but the front desk staff were extremely inefficient. I requested a receipt at 9:00 AM, but by 10:00 AM after breakfast, I still hadn't received it. I told them I'd go back upstairs to pack my luggage, and when I returned at 12:00 PM, the receipt was still not ready. I was furious because I was so kind to the front desk staff, and they kept delaying my request, saying they were too busy. I'm on vacation too, and this was a complete waste of my time and my vacation mood! I had to wait at the front desk for 50 minutes before I received my receipt. She was just an isolated case; she said she was the front desk manager, a chubby girl! The breakfast staff, because I stayed for five nights, asked me, "Didn't you come here today?" I hadn't eaten, but they said I had. The point is, even if I had eaten, couldn't I have gone to the buffet breakfast? It's a really strange question! This is definitely not the service standard of a 4-star hotel, especially considering it's part of the ACCOR Group!

We've been regulars at La Boucherie in Olonne-sur-Mer for almost two years now. Suffice it to say, this review isn't based on a single successful lunch, but on numerous visits and a genuine consistency observed over time. 🥩 On the plate — a sure thing Here, there's no cuisine that tries to impress with gimmicks: you come for generous, flavorful, and expertly prepared dishes. Meats obviously take center stage, with cooking times generally perfectly executed and generous portions. Over the years, the cuisine has maintained one essential quality: consistency. And creating a successful dish one evening is one thing. Creating one again and again is quite another. ✨ The Atmosphere — The Real Soul This is probably one of our favorite aspects of this place. A lively, warm, and unpretentious atmosphere, where you can come with family, friends, or simply to treat yourself. 16/08/2026: A nice little discovery on our holiday road trip! The waitresses were friendly and energetic, and they found us a table despite the crowd. Of course, there was a bit of a wait, but nothing too bad. The galettes were generous and delicious. A nice little bonus was the complimentary savory snacks! We'll definitely be back if we're ever in this charming village again.

23/08/2026: Another wonderful experience at Le Saillans restaurant! This is our second visit, and the quality is consistently excellent. A warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine. Special mention goes to the foie gras from Ferme de Fonteneau with spices and fruit chutney, as well as the roasted cod served with spelt risotto and tempura prawns. The selection of five cheeses was also superb. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful culinary experience!

27/07/2026: Already a very pleasant place to have a coffee or a drink at any time of day, but I tried their lunchtime meal and you absolutely must go! Good homemade food, cooked dishes, and very well presented. I recommend it 100%! A real little bistro right in the city center at very affordable prices!!

05/09/2026: We came here to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. We received a very warm welcome. The food was delicious and fresh. Whether it was the foie gras, the salmon, the tournedos Rosini, or the lamb, there was nothing to criticize. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you again.

We all enjoyed delicious meals, lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful time; it was a truly delightful experience. A nice touch: the chef came to check on us at the end of service to see if we had a great meal, which I found very thoughtful and considerate of his guests! Thank you so much, we will gladly return!
