Furthermore, we received a very warm welcome from the staff and... the owner's twin brother 🤣🤣. Very satisfied on our first evening, we returned the very next day. 08/05/2026: Honestly, it's one of the best meals I've ever had. The dishes are so flavorful and comforting that you can tell they were prepared with care. It's a family-run establishment, very welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: We ordered takeout. We were told it would take 20 minutes, and that was accurate, which allowed us to double-park and quickly pick up our order without causing too much of a problem. This is the second Indian restaurant in Vence that we've tried, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions are generous and the dishes are expertly prepared. We'll definitely be back!

16/05/2026: My friend has left this world, for his time had come. I came to this place, where I cherish fond memories of times spent together, to symbolically raise a glass with him once more. What does this have to do with this website? I recommend, if you can, that you go and create your own memories at Restaurant Le Safranier. Delicious dishes, sparkling wines, and a warm, family atmosphere in a pleasant setting will create the backdrop for moments you'll cherish.

16/05/2026: We had booked a table for a family meal with elderly relatives. Two days before, they informed us that there was a neighborhood meal and it would be a bit noisy. On the day itself, there was a sound system, so we cancelled. That's just not acceptable.

07/06/2026: I've noticed a decline in the quality of the ingredients used on your pizzas. The dough and cheese are still just as good, but unfortunately, the other ingredients aren't as good as they used to be. I've also noticed a change in the pizza itself; it doesn't taste the same as it used to. It also seems like the person making the pizzas has changed, and that's reflected in the result. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed your pizzas. Personally, I'd prefer a price increase if it meant getting back to the quality you used to offer. I hope you'll take this as constructive feedback, because I'd like to see the pizzas that made your reputation go back to normal.

30/04/2026: Stopping in after my tennis lesson, I received a friendly welcome and a good selection, although some items were out of stock – a sign of a successful business! Ordering was easy with recommendations from the staff, and the food was good. A great find!

30/03/2026: Excellent pizza, top-notch... friendly service and seating, just one small drawback... no cups available, but otherwise, fantastic!

02/03/2026: The cheese served with the raclette was very good, accompanied by equally excellent Corsican charcuterie. We particularly enjoyed the house red wine. The service was warm and the Corsican cheese dessert was delicious. We will definitely return.

21/05/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant and elegant. The staff—well, there was mainly a very smiley lady serving and a chef, and both were truly lovely people. The dishes and appetizers were so delicious that the wait didn't bother us at all. We tried almost everything and enjoyed it all very much. I recommend this place without hesitation.

20/05/2026: This is a wonderful restaurant down one of the less traveled side streets of Menerbes. Run by a delightful couple, the service is warm and the food is wonderful. We started with an asparagus salad ( it’s the season), and the trout gravalax, served with horseradish crème and avocado. It was outstanding. We both had the pressed lamb shoulder,another winning dish, and ended with fromage. The wine list, though small was good, with a nice Gigondas rouge. In fact we enjoyed this establishment so much, we returned on another night. They really do deserve the Michelin Gourmande. Food, service, and presentations were excellent.
