12/05/2026: Disgusting, like dog food. I ordered through Uber Eats to take advantage of a "buy one get one free" offer. The pizzas arrived cold and dry, as if they had been pre-made and then reheated several times. Literally inedible cardboard. I also ordered an Oriental pan-crust pizza, which arrived barely cooked. The crust was soggy and the merguez sausages looked raw. A disgrace, avoid this place.

31/05/2026: Avoid at all costs. The food is appalling. The prices are far too high. I ordered a ribeye steak for €28.90 (significantly more than the average price) and ended up being served anything but a ribeye. I told the waitress it wasn't a ribeye, which she denied, and I finally had to ask another waitress before I was served one. Furthermore, I asked for it rare, and they served it blue. I had to change my order three times before I finally got my meat. Worst of all, they served me a bloody ribeye steak by recooking the rare meat they had originally served me, which is completely contrary to the fact that a replacement is your absolute right when the meat is undercooked (see https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/les-fiches-pratiques/restaurants-droits-et-obligations-des-professionnels "You have the right to request a replacement dish"). My mother's dish was even worse than mine. She had ordered a steak with eggs, and she received a steak FULL of oil. Having tasted it myself, it was literally a steak drenched in oil. In short, Mother's Day was completely ruined by their appalling service, and I have filed a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

12/06/2026: The soft-boiled egg appetizer with green harissa vinaigrette was a real success: a perfectly balanced, slightly spicy sauce, and fresh vegetables that added a touch of lightness. The sides of the steak were equally well-prepared, especially the potatoes and the sauce, which were particularly flavorful. However, I was disappointed by the main course. I had ordered a rare steak, but I received a ground beef steak, without any indication on the menu. If this had been specified, I probably wouldn't have chosen this dish, or I would at least have adjusted the cooking time. I was told it was the last portion available, but this hadn't been mentioned when I ordered. The meat itself didn't seem very fresh, with an unpleasant odor that quickly prevented me from eating it. I offered a little to my companion, but I ultimately had to leave the rest of the plate. What's even more frustrating is that the tables served after us received whole cuts of meat, reinforcing the impression of inconsistency in the service. The dessert, on the other hand, was quite good and allowed us to end the meal on a positive note. Despite the quality of the other elements, this experience could have been much more satisfying if the change in product had been clearly announced from the start.

09/06/2026: The welcome was appalling. Upon arrival, I mentioned having a reservation, which turned out to be for another restaurant, "Dame Nation," an error I immediately acknowledged. However, the waiter's attitude was particularly unpleasant, marked by a persistent, sidelong glance and a lack of courtesy. Such a reaction is hardly acceptable. A mistake of this kind in no way justifies a cold or contemptuous welcome. A minimum of professionalism, understanding, and politeness is expected in this type of situation. As the welcome is a fundamental aspect of the customer experience, I urge you to be vigilant regarding its quality in your establishment.

26/05/2026: A short stay in Biscarrosse town with splendid weather; we went to this very pretty restaurant in the town center. Cozy interior and hushed atmosphere. Excellent dinner with the Landes menu and the evening set menu. Very good Tursan wine as well as rosé. Smiling and friendly service. 🙏

17/06/2026: The setting is magnificent. The meat was good but not exceptional, which is a shame for an establishment whose specialty is meat. The rosé wasn't chilled enough, but the chocolate tart was far too chilled, making it very hard. The service staff were excellent. So, a very mixed experience.
