01/09/2026: There were five adults and one child in our party, and we asked to be seated on the terrace, which had a magnificent view. The waiter's welcome was very pleasant and professional; these were our only positive points. Otherwise, the food was average, especially considering the price. For example, the Aravis salad consisted of bagged salad, admittedly a generous portion, but without any dressing, with a small amount of gravlax and a tiny piece of trout rillettes on toast that tasted identical to what you'd buy in a supermarket. The Aravis salad also contained a large amount of tasteless bagged salad with bland blocks of Reblochon cheese and a very salty slice of Savoy ham. As for the Savoyard burger I ordered, the meat was overcooked, even though I had asked for it medium. It came with small, boiled, and tasteless potatoes. The slice of Savoyard cheese was ridiculously small, not to mention the tasteless tomato slice. The lamb shank and the Savoyard escalope were decent, but considering the price, we expected better quality. I wonder, given some of the rave reviews, if the current chef is still the same! In short, we were disappointed by this restaurant!

30/08/2026: We had a wonderful culinary experience during our stay in Leschaux. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and the local dishes were delicious, made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it. The setting and the view are also worth the trip.

A charming setting, full of character, where you immediately feel at ease. Seduced by the atmosphere and a menu showcasing the great Lyonnaise specialties, we naturally decided to extend the experience at our table. And what a lovely surprise! 😍 A huge thank you to the owner for her warm welcome, her kindness, and her hospitality, as well as to Mehdi, our waiter, who truly made our lunch shine! With his infectious energy, his humor, his respect, and his remarkable sense of service, he created an incredible atmosphere within our small group. A true ray of sunshine, just like the restaurant's name! ☀️ We thoroughly enjoyed discovering and tasting Lyon's specialties in a spirit of sharing, good humor, and conviviality. There were six of us, and we all left with smiles and the memory of an exceptional experience. 27/09/2026: A pleasant meal in a lovely Breton atmosphere. The premises are great, with plenty of windows to keep the room well-ventilated. The dishes were generous and frankly delicious. The seared scallops, served with a superb mashed potato and exquisite chorizo, were a delight, although one or two scallops would have been nice (three seemed a bit small considering the amount of mashed potato and the price). However, the Breton dessert was a succulent crêpe, generously filled with apple, whipped cream, and homemade salted caramel. It would be helpful to give customers a little more space to make their choices in peace. I highly recommend it.

28/10/2026: A tourist's review: Excellent welcome, affordable lunch menu (provincial prices). Its setting, in the basement, is worth discovering... A great selection of savory crepes, something for everyone! Sweet crepes are also available, as well as Norman drinks. Reservations are recommended as La Regaliere fills up quickly, but if you arrive without a reservation, they will offer to let you return very soon. You'll want to explore the neighborhood, just like I did 😉

Nestled in a charming, romantic little alley, the welcome is incredibly warm, the service is both attentive and refined, and the cuisine is exquisite—generous and delicious. 06/10/2026: Excellent restaurant. Very pretty inside. It's located in a lovely village. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell the chef is experienced. A very wide selection of wines on the menu. You can go there without hesitation.
