02/10/2026: I highly recommend this charming place, which offers a calm and rustic setting. We usually get takeout, but today we ate in. My husband was pleasantly surprised by the duck tartare. He also enjoyed the chicken salad we shared, even though salads aren't usually his thing, and the chicken burger was fantastic too. Our 19-month-old loved the fries and the few pieces of burger he had. The waitress was always smiling and very pleasant, and she didn't take long to take orders or drinks. We'll be back! We highly recommend it! Thank you to the inn team, don't change a thing, it's perfect! Unfortunately, we were so hungry that we didn't take any pictures 🥲

30/09/2026: The grilled chicken was fantastic, and the cordon bleu was incredibly juicy! The side salad and other side dishes were also really good. The sauce was so delicious that I had to have seconds. The service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The farm shop also has a lot to offer, and we didn't just buy the strawberry jam made by the farm owner. We'll be back! And we were back again. Still highly recommended!

A cozy setting, a super welcome and service, the food is top-notch, everything is excellent....we always have a great time there....Audrey is welcoming, pleasant, and knows all her products very well. Jean-Christophe excels in the kitchen, creating sublime cuisine with local products, discovering new flavors, and maintaining consistency in the cooking.....I can only recommend it....thank you both, it's always a delight for the taste buds.

23/08/2026: An excellent culinary address in the Saverne area, and above all, a truly unique restaurant once you step inside! The dishes are delicious and generous, the welcome is warm, and most importantly, the hike to Warthenberg Castle, located just above it, is well worth it! A resounding success for Daubenschlag in Ernolsheim! 👏

23/08/2026: What a great find! We arrived without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed tarte flambée, rump steak, cordon bleu with Munster cheese, and perfectly crispy fries, and a special mention for the garlic sauce, which was absolutely divine. The service was impeccable and attentive; in short, we left satisfied and happy. We will gladly return!

08/10/2026: Sushi Zen exceeded my expectations! The sashimi, sushi, and maki were all super fresh and delicious. Their salmon is by far the best I've had anywhere in Paris - I'll definitely be back whenever a salmon craving hits! The only tiny downside was that the wasabi was not spicy at all.

16/09/2026: From the welcome to the food, everything was perfect 🙂 We stumbled upon this place by chance, and we would have been wrong to continue our journey because this restaurant is a gem. The food is made with love, it's generous, delicious, and fresh, with attention to flavor and detail, even the green salad (which many people usually leave on the side of their plate because it's bland) was perfectly seasoned, with an assortment of olives, pomegranate seeds, and seasonal vegetables. It's a wonderful discovery. So if you're ever in the area, don't hesitate, it's a fantastic place.

Very friendly, and what's more, they don't offer fries on the menu, a rare find that proves they make a real effort to offer culinary variety. Well done to everyone involved! 13/09/2026: This Lyon spot deserves a sixth star... The music, the drinks, the food, the service, the advice. Clearly the best find in the city. If you're looking for a place for bon vivants, trust the name. My only regret is not being able to go seven days a week. Special mention to the bartender, who is engaging and passionate, the product of his extensive experience, which he generously shares.

20/09/2026: A warm and welcoming restaurant with excellent service. I love the "homey" atmosphere. We had onion soup, sauerkraut, and baeckeoffe, followed by apple crumble and brownie for dessert. Everything was delicious! Thank you, I highly recommend it.

29/08/2026: The welcome was very good, but the pizzas had a crust that was too thin and undercooked, despite being cooked in a wood-fired oven. The toppings (burrata was dry and the salad was completely oxidized!) were also poor quality. Very disappointed.
