14/06/2026: The bento boxes are affordable and filling (rice and chicken). The vegetables are basic, a bit overcooked, and almost bland. The sweet and sour cod's batter is very sweet. There's no table service, which is understandable given that it's fast food (see the owner's comment), but the bento boxes are still brought upstairs quickly. Straws, water glasses, and pitchers are self-service.

08/06/2026: We ate there the weekend of the transhumance (early June). The menu looked promising, featuring spit-roasted lamb. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed by the meat, which wasn't cooked very well and had very little meat on the bone. It's a shame because the legs of lamb, still on the spit when we left, must have been better. That said, the setting is pleasant and green, the young waitress was very friendly and smiling, and the price of the set menu (starter, main course, dessert, and coffee) was more than reasonable (around twenty euros), which is quite rare these days.

17/05/2026: The presentation of the dishes was very original and appealing, BUT very disappointing in terms of taste (especially considering the €90 menu): - The savory panna cottas were tasteless, and even though the sauces added some flavor, it didn't compensate for the lack of flavor in the main ingredients; the morel mushrooms were bland, and the chicken and frog leg combination was tasteless... - Repetition in the tastings (several dishes were based on panna cotta or shallots), - Lack of complexity (in many other restaurants, different flavors appear in a single dish; we didn't experience this here). Several wines in the wine pairing were disappointing. There was no sommelier. The glasses were slightly cloudy... Finally, the portions were generally smaller than in our other experiences. There was often barely a single bite (and therefore no time to fully appreciate the flavors with a second bite). From a service perspective, we didn't like the non-alcoholic cocktail (a surprise cocktail; we didn't know what was in it) and asked for a replacement, but we were told there were no other non-alcoholic options. For a restaurant of this caliber, it's very disappointing to have no non-alcoholic choices (although they did not charge for the cocktail). We finished the bottle of sparkling water, and no one thought to refill it. We finished the bread, and we had to ask for more. As for the ambiance: not enough light to see what was on our plates. And the building is completely unremarkable from the outside, located on a busy street.

01/07/2026: An incredible culinary experience. The eel is cooked to perfection, as is the rice. The little red bottle dispenses a seasoning that perfectly complements the eel. The eggplant with miso sauce is also absolutely divine. I had a heavenly time at this restaurant. Go without hesitation; it's a gem, a marvel.
