19/01/2026: Taste-wise: inventive cuisine, subtle flavors, a delight for the palate. A prestigious wine cellar: thankfully, some "accessible" prices and the option of wine by the glass, a welcome touch. Our experience: - with a bottle of white Sancerre and a glass of red to accompany game and cheese: it was perfect. Thank you to the sommelier for his recommendations. - with the Epicurean menu, although we were enthusiastic about the flavors, it did raise a few regrets: personally, I would have preferred the cheese, which wasn't included in the menu, and slightly larger portions of fish and game. My partner, who doesn't eat cheese, was offered an extra dessert (from another menu), without being offered any other choice or the option to have nothing. - The dining room, divided into several areas, offers a degree of privacy but is a bit noisy (all the tables were occupied on this Sunday lunchtime). The decor is a little cold, in my opinion (modern round marble tables without tablecloths). I will probably return to try another menu and the weekday lunch menu during the warmer months to complete my review. For now, it's a good restaurant that I recommend.

18/01/2026: I regularly eat at this restaurant, and it's really good. The service is pleasant and attentive. The sommelier is passionate. It's a pleasure to see him. It would be nice to see the chef make a round of the tables at the end of service to greet the guests. A reliable choice in the area.

11/08/2026: We ordered two takeaway pizzas, ocean and four cheese, both very good and generously sized. The contact on the phone was very friendly and pleasant. Preparation was quick, despite a high volume of orders. The service at checkout was just as friendly as on the phone, with good advice on local bottled beers (also very good). Highly recommended!

29/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant during a previous stay in Pau three years ago. We were happy to stop by again on a Saturday at lunchtime. Prices have increased considerably in three years, but so has everything else (thanks to inflation!). We had the set menu (starter/main/dessert) for €22. Individual dishes are around €20 (€19 for a homemade burger and fries). The children's menu is €12 and includes crispy chicken and fries, and a scoop of ice cream or panna cotta. The servers were pleasant, although the service seemed a little slow. However, the quality of the food is still excellent; the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We had a lovely time.

01/05/2026: I highly recommend this Lebanese restaurant! The owners are lovely and very kind. The chicken shawarma was delicious, as were the vanilla-filled doughnuts. Everything is homemade. Looking forward to going back!

18/07/2026: A wonderful discovery at this small, family-run restaurant, Au Coin de Malte. The dishes were truly excellent, with flavors that are a refreshing change from the usual fare. The service was quick and the entire staff was lovely, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the prices, which are extremely affordable for Paris, with, if I remember correctly, a three-course meal for €16.50, which is becoming increasingly rare. I absolutely loved the panna cotta; I devoured it before I even thought to take a picture, it was so delicious! A place I highly recommend.
