14/09/2024: Stumbled upon this little gem during our stay in Paris. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. We had theboeuf bourguignon, which tasted so good. The restaurant had a romantic feel to it and had a live piano player to help set the mood. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend.

07/07/2025: Our second summer in Les Eyzies. One of the things we looked forward to, was to visit this pizzeria again. The pizzas are really tasty! Friendly staff who understands English perfectly, but reply in French. Which is not a problem whatsoever, even though I do not understand French. I absolutely recommend this place!

14/12/2024: There are people who are made to practice their profession, who have it in their blood. I think this is the case of the owner of the billiards academy, what a welcome, what attention, thank you very much 😊 You can come and eat good food quite late, it's great and all the servers are great. The atmosphere is nice, we feel good there. Until next time!

05/12/2024: Very disappointed given the rating of the establishment. The decoration is pretty, but the floor is dirty, the service is bad, with poor order taking, a waitress who quickly summarizes the dishes in Japanese (so we don't understand anything) A mediocre coleslaw, good dishes, but not extraordinary. I don't recommend.

04/12/2024: They didn't let us enter the restaurant on the pretext that we had to be fully booked while a friend was a few minutes late, and that in the middle of December with a bitter cold. We could at least sit and wait inside. Customer service and friendliness are 0.

15/12/2024: We came to Garden Ice during an evening service, everything was perfect from start to finish, the food is really top notch! All smiling and very welcoming, Maléna as well as the bartender and the manager are all adorable. I recommend

14/11/2024: I go to the Assassin every Thursday evening with my theater group after our session and we are always received with a smile and impeccable service! Good beer, good fries! I highly recommend!

11/11/2024: We were a group of 4 for a drink and this bar is very good, the prices are fair and the staff are friendly However, a little surprised when a DRUNK man (who said he worked for the bar) came to get us drunk and talk nonsense when we were in front of the Assassin and were about to leave Other than that very good I recommend

Very attractive quality/price ratio for both the weekday slate and the starter/main course/dessert menu with choice from the entire menu 7 days a week. It is becoming an essential address for me alone or with guests. Reservations are recommended!

12/12/2024: Une honte et arnaque totale. Service lamentable(personnel dont la tenue et le niveau de compétences laissaient fortement à désirer ). Du vol sur la caille au foie gras qui s'est transformée en poulet de chez LIDL. LE vin était heureusement buvable mais de justesse, et toutefois bien cher pour le contenant. Je déconseille vivement cet endroit largement surcôté dont la réputation n'a d'égal que la médiocrité. Un Lotois de longue date. PS. SI vous passez aux Arques ,prenez votre sandwich et allez au musée Zadkine.

03/11/2024: It is not very often that I praise a restaurant for exceptional food, but this one's close to the top of the list. The French Laundry in Ca. is at the top. My wife and I were on our very first trip to France and a friend who lives in France, recommended this restaurant. We were lucky and got reservations in advance. We started out with a delicious Muscat as an aperitif. I then ordered the lobster ravioli for my plat and chocolate mousse for desert. My wife ordered the pigeon for her plat and lemon tart for desert. Lunch was paired with a delicious Petites Merveilles white wine. Most restaurants in France have three courses (Entree - starter, Plat - main course and then of course, Desert). This meal was fantastic. You could tell that everything was prepared with pride and care. We took our time and savored every delicious bite. Yes, this place is a little out of the way, but it was worth every euro. Paris has it's fine dining spots, but if you're in the Bordeaux region, make it a point to stop here and enjoy an excellent meal.
