The meal was excellent; the starter (scallop carpaccio) was so delicious it seemed almost too small. The service was very good, with helpful advice, quick service, and very professional. A wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for providing the access ramp for our departure. 👍🤝

16/03/2026: Very pleasant setting. Impeccable service. However, the menu is far too expensive. The "exceptional" menu is nothing special except for the price. The arancini were bland. The Basque eggs were simply fried eggs; there must have been sea urchins in them, but I'm still looking for them. The main course was a mix of everything we had eaten before; it felt like we were eating leftovers. Bland and tasteless. The whole thing lacked subtlety. Very greasy. The wine pairing was overpriced. 96 euros for 1/15th of a glass is almost unacceptable. Very disappointed! Of course, we were sick afterward. An experience we will not repeat. 600 euros for two people is highway robbery.

01/04/2026: The food was amazing. I highly recommend it. As a foreigner, I tried mountain cuisine for the first time. The fondue was so good, and don't hesitate to order the tiramisu for dessert. The staff is very friendly. You can tell they love their work.

29/03/2026: We ate at this restaurant tonight as a family and everything was perfect. From the warm welcome to the friendly service, the food was delicious. We had a Savoyard fondue with truffles and a brasserie. Absolutely no complaints. I recommend it 100%!

03/02/2026: A fantastic, historic spot for craft beer in France. Sylvain's beer selection is excellent and well-balanced. We always have a great time there, especially the themed evenings (tto, cheese, etc.).

A family-run restaurant serving local, home-style cuisine with hearty and delicious dishes. Thank you for your professionalism and for the pleasure of sharing good French food. They offer a suitable and generous children's meal at a very reasonable price. We will definitely return to this restaurant whenever we are in Castelnaudary.

05/04/2026: The staff were lovely. They spoke Spanish and were very friendly. They even left the kitchen open a little longer for us because we arrived late. The salad was amazing! A great place to eat in the area, quiet and with a friendly, family atmosphere.

06/04/2025: A little long wait, but the house offered us a shooter for the wait. Otherwise, the boss is friendly and always smiling, as are the very dynamic waitresses. The kitchen was top notch. Do it again with your eyes closed, a smaller dance party as a bonus last night.
