22/07/2026: This is a restaurant I go to quite often, and it never disappoints, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. In particular, the waiter on Mondays (Papy) and the receptionist are very friendly.

29/08/2026: We have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. My partner and I spent two nights there on the half-board basis, and everything was simply excellent. The value for money is unbeatable. The room was comfortable, the welcome incredibly friendly, and best of all: the food. In addition to being delicious, the portions were very generous. After checking out, we simply had to come back for lunch 🤣 Mr. Alex is truly passionate about his work. The entire team is very welcoming. The setting is magnificent with a breathtaking view. Our cat was also very well looked after. We will definitely be back. Unlike other establishments, we felt right at home. If you're looking for a pleasant stay in the Tarn region and want to enjoy a truly authentic Aveyron meal, we wholeheartedly recommend "CHEZ ALEX".

From the moment we booked by phone until our departure from the guesthouse, my partner and I were greeted with great respect, kindness, and warmth. It's a very quiet, clean, and pleasant place for a stay in the Tarn region. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and a big thank you for the generous portions of local cuisine. Everything was delicious. Our cat didn't want to leave! :) We can't wait to return. It's clear that Mr. Alex is very passionate about what he does and has assembled a team that shares his passion. That's very rare these days. The name of the establishment was well chosen, because at Alex's, we felt right at home, not in a typical hotel. A very big thank you to Mr. Alex and the entire team for this wonderful time spent at your place. We will definitely be back!

28/08/2026: We are fortunate enough to visit this restaurant at least once a year. I'm therefore adding to my previous review to highlight this year's menu, which we found even better than in previous years. Congratulations to the Chef and his entire team! We are regulars at this restaurant, which, in our opinion, offers by far the best value for money in Courchevel. This time, there were six of us, and we opted for the four-course tasting menu at €88. Superb appetizers to whet our appetites, followed by a very successful amuse-bouche featuring langoustine. The seafood-themed starters (to avoid spoiling this tasting menu) were of a very high level of creativity and flavor. And even if the main course (lamb) wasn't a unanimous favorite, the dessert and the previous surprise course truly impressed us. In short, we found it to be our best experience at this restaurant, which offers reasonable prices and a very interesting wine list.

14/05/2026: A mixed experience at Cin5. The welcome and the interactive tasting menu were fantastic; you really feel at ease in this intimate setting. However, the taste and culinary creativity we expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant fell short. We had specified our dietary restrictions (no fish or pork), and we were surprised to find that the ingredients were simply removed from the plate without being replaced to maintain the balance of flavors. The promise of Mauritian cuisine lacked originality here. A lovely evening in a beautiful setting, but a gastronomic disappointment.

21/03/2026: Service: Impeccable, friendly without being overly formal or old-fashioned. Atmosphere: Cozy, calm, 8 tables. Cuisine: Bold, blending local and island ingredients without being excessive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it.
