13/06/2026: A friendly welcome and we were shown to our table. There are only a few tables with a view. Since only three tables were occupied, we got the full force of the service, which didn't change even when it got a bit busier. The tables, which were far too small, were already set, but the server clearly lacked training. The aperitif was placed to the left of each place setting. Now, quickly, we had to take our order. Not another wine? You just brought us the aperitif; we'll decide later. The wine glasses were immediately taken away. After a few minutes, the appetizer arrived, which we ate with our aperitif. I still had the last piece of bread in my hand and was still chewing when the plates were cleared away. Now, quickly, we had to order the wine. And then the main courses arrived. The plates were extremely hot, and we were told to wait. I immediately understood why. My meat was only lukewarm, the vegetables even colder. The sauce, however, had a skin on it. Clearly, the food had been kept warm. That explains the server's haste. ``` The quality of the food was good, as far as one could judge under the circumstances. We finished with dessert in an hour. The bill was already on the sideboard with the dessert. The credit card charge is to Emeraude. That's a shame.

05/06/2026: We discovered a warm, cozy, and peaceful restaurant, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle sometimes found elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. The hostess professionally recommended several dishes, which convinced us to stay for dinner. We certainly didn't regret it. Everything was perfect: the quality of the food, the presentation, the service, and the attention to detail. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout the meal, in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will be back very soon!

01/07/2026: Meh, not my thing!! 😞 Les 3 Brasseurs Restaurant Nîmes: brasserie, royal sauerkraut, family restaurant in Nîmes. Visited on June 22, 2026 for Father's Day. Unfortunately, a huge disappointment with a royal sauerkraut that was far too salty, served in a sort of bowl where the cabbage was dry and completely crushed under the meat. Invited by my children, I regret this experience, which did not meet my expectations for a family meal. A menu so confusing, served in two minutes, vacuum-packed or canned... You only remember two things: the setting and the beer. A revamped cafeteria where you forget you're there to eat fast, mass-produced food like all the other restaurant chains you find duplicated all over France. And yet it's always packed, good for them and for business.

26/06/2026: The place used to make amazing open calzones, but now there's a new owner, a new recipe, and goodbye to the ham, egg, mushrooms, and black olives (though I don't think the price has changed)... Sorry, but your new recipe isn't to my liking. For regular customers, the recipes have changed, so be sure to check the ingredient list of your usual pizza before ordering.

I'm so pleased to see the extended opening hours, which cater to both tourism professionals and locals. The owner is friendly, pleasant, and customer-oriented. Free parking right across the street. Well done!

10/06/2026: Excellent service, I've never eaten such a good ham and butter sandwich with Emmental cheese, nothing could be simpler, truly excellent. The setting on the terrace is exceptional.

05/05/2026: I ordered a "cannibal pizza plus egg" today. It was far too greasy, the egg was completely undercooked, smelled suspicious, and tasted awful. The owner was unfriendly when I called to simply point out that all their products were fresh and that I could come and see for myself. There was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and they ended up telling me not to order from them again. They're not customer-oriented; mistakes happen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

21/03/2026: Very disappointed! My wife and I thought we'd never come, but once we got home, we realized we had, and it certainly didn't leave a lasting impression... The waiter was quite cold, almost as if we were bothering him. The meal was average for the price. No wonder it's closing...

15/06/2026: This is the place for those who want to escape La Défense for lunch. The food is good, but the prices reflect that. It's noisy, but you're still close to La Défense, so you accept it. However, I don't understand how the chefs de partie can be so rude to the servers and so unkind to the customers. I'm not sure it's a good place to work.
