11/04/2026: I just left Macadam with my two children after two consecutive meals. We loved the food (between us, one of the best burgers I've ever tasted), but I was immediately won over by the warm welcome and kindness of the two people who served us. They'll know who they are, I suppose. (A very friendly, bearded tall guy and a lovely, charming brunette.) Don't hesitate for a second; this is a place that exudes empathy and expertise. I'll be back, with pleasure.

28/01/2026: A few days' stay in the south. A pleasant surprise upon arrival: we were upgraded to a spacious and functional room with a balcony and sea view! Dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely superb, and the breakfast was very generous! The room was spotlessly clean!!

14/04/2026: The restaurant is well located, which probably explains the very high prices. The food itself is good quality, but nothing extraordinary considering the prices (3 people: 3 drinks and 3 courses for €120). Personally, I won't be returning; the value for money isn't there, despite the numerous reviews that led us to choose this restaurant.

12/04/2026: I loved this restaurant. The food is excellent. We tried typical Parisian dishes like onion soup, escargots, crème brûlée, and more. The flavors were incredible. The restaurant is small but very cozy, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. It's not cheap, but it's reasonable for Parisian prices and in relation to the quality of the food and the ambiance.

08/04/2026: Super little family run bistro. Very friendly, great food, typically french and great value. We live nearby, but if you're travelling on the A20 and want a meal, it isn't far from the motorway - you will be so pleased you did.

12/04/2026: As always when we have the chance, during our visits to family and friends, we come to La Strada and leave very satisfied. A super friendly welcome awaits us, the staff is very pleasant, and the service is impeccable. The pizzas, dishes, and desserts are all high quality. No complaints whatsoever. So it's always a pleasure to see you again when we're in Annecy. The former residents of Haute-Savoie, now living in Castelnau-le-Lez near Montpellier.

26/03/2026: We came last night for my daughter's birthday. They offered a complimentary house cocktail for the whole table and a small gift for my daughter – I thought that was a really lovely touch. A good selection of buffet options. I highly recommend this place! Thanks to the team 😉

09/04/2026: A superb evening! We had reserved a table for two with a baby, and the table was chosen so that the baby could be comfortable in his stroller. The meal was perfect, from the quality of the ingredients and the cuisine to the excellent wine recommendations. Unfortunately, we couldn't have dessert because the baby had other ideas, but we'll definitely be back! It's a pleasure to eat in such a restaurant, whose history is just another testament to its quality!

29/04/2026: We were delighted to discover this simple and welcoming place. The medieval setting is charming, especially out of season; it's a real treat. The menu is well-designed, with tasty and healthy cuisine (local and organic produce). We had a wonderful time.

25/04/2026: We chose this restaurant for a Valentine's Day meal, with a menu advertised as including a steak. To our great surprise, what we were served was clearly beef cheek, not a steak as indicated on the menu. Despite my comments, the staff insisted it was indeed a steak, which is hardly acceptable. As a former butcher, I know perfectly well how to distinguish between these two cuts. For a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) at €50, I find this very disappointing and misleading. The price does not correspond to the advertised quality or the expected transparency. I do not recommend this establishment.
