Good welcome from the owner and the young man who took our order.
Numerous choices of pizzas in 3 sizes, affordable prices and fairly quick service when there is no queue.
To test :)
16/11/2024: I just finished my pizza, delicious! I rarely think that tomato coulis... tastes like... tomatoes. The ingredients are fresh, tasteful, it's so rare! Nice welcome, well done and thank you!!!!

17/12/2024: It is always a pleasure to have lunch in this restaurant. The welcome is warm, the cuisine is family-style and very tasty. There is a nice choice of menus. South West wine is delicious.

04/11/2024: Yesterday lunchtime for the first time we ate at the Relais de l'écureuil, we loved it.
The food is excellent, very warm welcome and a very charming lady. You can go there with your eyes closed.

09/07/2025: A real favorite for this restaurant with its unique charm!
The place doesn't try to fit into standardized codes: it offers a warm, authentic, almost timeless atmosphere.
A special mention goes to the owner, who is incredibly kind. Contrary to what I've read, there were no cleanliness issues during my visit.
A sincere place with a real soul. I will definitely return.

23/08/2024: Came here for lunch. Had the turkey. Very different but tasty and delicious. Apple pie great. The beet salad was yummy. It's like a French cafeteria. Staff is very friendly. Family business. Would come back.
22/08/2024: It’s an old-fashioned place and the welcome is always very pleasant and warm. It must be said that if the customers are regulars, the staff are just as regular.
For the dishes, don't hesitate if you want a change of garnish, they always go out of their way to please you.
Personally I recommend the homemade (and seasonal) desserts.

23/08/2024: I discovered the Deli cafe a few months ago because I have a construction site across the street and frankly even today if I work a little further away I will come and eat at their place, they are very pleasant the food is very good the cook makes good, very affordable dishes to find something with a complete starter and dessert for 15 bucks in the very center of Nîmes it's complicated plus everything is homemade so live on Monday that I go and eat

25/08/2024: Hello, the owner is very welcoming, shopkeepers, friendly is available, the restaurant is clean overall. Simply good and plentiful food. A small problem with the mojito glass, the lid of which was very rusty but it didn't bother me. A visit is worth it to give you an opinion on a Vietnamese stopover.

24/07/2024: I always have a great time at Il Russo. Chef Eric's cuisine is simply delicious, especially his lasagna and ratatouille, which are my favorite dishes. Amar's desserts are to die for. The service is impeccable and fast. The team is always attentive and the atmosphere friendly, especially when chef Eric starts to put on a show, which adds a joyful touch. The terrace is also very pleasant and perfect for enjoying sunny days. The quality/price ratio is excellent, making it an ideal place to dine with friends or family. I highly recommend this place !

08/08/2024: Superb restaurant that we discovered yesterday with my wife, the welcome is very good, the back room is well decorated, we eat well, we were very surprised by the taste of the meat of our kebabs that we had not found anywhere else, it was delicious!
Let yourself be tempted by the red cabbage kebabs, it's rare to see restaurateurs offering them and it's so good :)
Congratulations to the manager for his work and his kindness 👏 we will come back in more numbers next time 😉
