26/10/2026: A place to remember! The food is delicious, kudos to the chef. The staff is lovely, attentive to customers, and has a great sense of humor: FANTASTIC! However, please change the text on your roadside sign: "Open EVERY day" would be better 😱😱 "ALL days" would be better 😉

21/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome at the Domaine du Petit Chaumont open house. The tour was fantastic, the wine tasting was excellent, and we finished with a complimentary mussel stew. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it :)

21/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic vineyard and a super friendly team! We had a wonderful experience at the "Elle Pétille" launch event! A truly beautiful moment of discovery in a magnificent vineyard, a beautiful region, with a passionate team and a genuinely warm welcome. Special mention for all the organic production. You can feel the real work and the great attention paid to quality and respect for the terroir. The tour was very interesting, the organization perfect, and the atmosphere truly convivial. A wonderful family outing that I wholeheartedly recommend, both for wine lovers and for those curious to discover an organic vineyard in an exceptional setting. Thank you again, Nathalie and Laurent (and your entire team), for sharing your passion (always with big smiles)!

13/05/2026: We had dinner and stayed one night at this establishment and were delighted with our choice. The meal (a seven-course menu for us) was served in a beautiful, contemporary dining room with a view of the surrounding nature. It was flawless, both in terms of the cuisine (refined and inventive) and the service. The only slight criticism was that the portions were a little too generous to truly appreciate the end of the meal and the petit fours offered with coffee. We opted to stay in the cabin-style rooms: an excellent choice! They are very spacious, beautifully decorated, and one of the two had a view of the surrounding nature (unfortunately, the other overlooked the back of the neighbors' house at the end of the garden). The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Absolutely fantastic!

04/11/2026: Hello, I visited your establishment last night and was quite surprised by the conditions under which it was possible to order a Ricard. Initially, I was told that credit card payments were only accepted for orders of €5 or more. I therefore considered ordering two Ricards, one for myself and one for a friend who had just joined me. It was at this point that I was told you didn't offer single Ricards, only doubles. Since I was driving, I simply wanted to have a standard shot before getting back on the road. So I asked why this wasn't an option. The response I received was that it "wasn't worth it" and that serving only doubles was a way to prevent customers from drinking their drinks too quickly. I must admit I struggled to understand this logic. Offering a double shot in a single glass seems rather inconsistent with this argument, and could even be misleading for the customer. I also wondered about this difference in treatment compared to other drinks: why continue to offer half-pints of beer if the principle is to serve only larger quantities for profitability reasons? Beyond my personal experience, it's primarily the principle itself that concerns me. At a time when prevention and responsible alcohol consumption are so important, I find it regrettable that an establishment doesn't allow its customers the option of choosing a more moderate consumption. I would therefore simply like to understand your position: why is it not possible, in 2026, to order a Ricard in a single serving at your establishment?
