16/07/2026: A lovely little inn that makes you want to come back. The welcome was fantastic! The waitresses were excellent, even though I think for some of them it was their first time. Well done! 👏 The meal was very generous and delicious; the truffade was a delight. There were eight of us at our table, each with a different meal, and everyone found it very good and very generous. We certainly didn't leave hungry. Thank you to the whole team, and I hope to return to your area.

11/08/2026: We visited last week and had a marvellous experience. The service was super friendly and charming. Crepes were incredible. Great that they made gluten free buckwheat flour crepes.

20/08/2026: I'm very disappointed; the service was disastrous. As soon as I walked in, they told me, "You can look, but only for five minutes because it's getting complicated." I spent an hour getting here and all I wanted was to sit down and have some tea and dessert. I left immediately. I strongly advise against going there. Perhaps I'm just too sensitive, but honestly, their attitude made me cry. Avoid at all costs.

17/08/2026: You won't find another tea room like this in Paris. Very welcoming and run by a super friendly family, the hot drinks are excellent and served in large cups, and the desserts are homemade! You can buy the accessories and teapots displayed on the walls. I bought a beautiful gold necklace there, and I don't regret it at all. I don't go there often, but when I do, I have a wonderful time. It's very busy on weekends, so come during the week if you're on vacation.

18/07/2026: My grandchildren and I had lunch there this Friday. The place is very pleasant, nicely decorated, and very clean. We received a warm welcome. The meal was very good and of high quality; perhaps a small salad to accompany the rump steak and fries would have been a nice addition. A place I recommend.

12/07/2026: A quick visit after the dome tour and a pleasant surprise: we had a very, very good homemade meal – excellent pork cheek and Flemish carbonnade. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. It's a shame we live so far away, otherwise we would have come back very often. We highly recommend it.

11/09/2026: What can I say… The place is very pretty, and the staff is, on the whole, pleasant and welcoming. Special mention, however, goes to the gentleman in his sixties who greeted us: a magnificent concept of hospitality where saying hello and goodbye seem to be extra charges. A smile? Now that's clearly a luxury. A remarkably understated customer experience: not a word too many, not a hint of warmth. You almost admire the performance. It must be said that it takes a certain talent to work in reception while giving the impression that the presence of guests is a personal ordeal. Perhaps a short course in customer service would be worthwhile, or, failing that, a job where saying hello isn't essential. It's a shame, because the place is truly lovely. I therefore recommend it without hesitation… but only if the gentleman isn't on duty. Because he alone could almost make you regret coming.

08/09/2026: A very good restaurant, ideally located in the heart of Charbonnières-les-Bains. The dishes are delicious, generous, and very hearty: we truly enjoyed our meal! The only slight drawback: we felt a real difference in the welcome and attention given to walk-in customers compared to regulars. It's a bit of a shame, because a warmer and more equitable welcome would have made the experience perfect. Nevertheless, it remains a great place to discover!

24/05/2026: The reception was deplorably inefficient, the rooms were outdated with significant dents in the doors and tiles, and there were problems with the air conditioning/heating. There are much better and more upscale options in the city offering similar prices and services.

13/09/2026: They are very kind. I bought one of each kind, and they are all delicious. I was upset that the Rocher melted because I hadn't even opened the packaging to eat it after returning to Korea, but it is still delicious.

13/09/2026: A shop with quality chocolates, pleasant saleswomen who give good advice. Lots of choices, pre-made boxes or the option to create your own.
