12/04/2026: A very pleasant dinner in a setting that's both rustic and modern. Original dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients. Good value for money for this establishment, located 15 minutes from Chalon-sur-Saône.

09/04/2026: We discovered "Le Bouzeron" on someone's recommendation. We weren't disappointed. The dishes were good and nicely complemented by the "Le Bouzeron" white wine. The menu offers few dishes, which is a good thing—you don't get lost in the choices. On Thursdays and Fridays at lunchtime, there are three set menus to choose from. A nice touch was the amuse-bouche, even though we had ordered one of the set menus. I wasn't expecting that. The atmosphere was pleasant.

06/04/2026: I think the mussels are in a nutshell. Mussel specialty with mussels that aren't fresh!! Stay away!!!!

09/04/2026: I have a tooth with a veneer that was broken by a pebble in my pizza!! Probably in the arugula, I imagine… And they still charged me for the pizza, that's the last straw… thanks for offering me the glass of wine, but it's nothing compared to how much it's going to cost me to get a new veneer. It was very good, it's a real shame, but I won't be back.

26/04/2026: Not great. Tasteless and poorly presented dishes. A curious mix of Japanese-inspired cuisine, if you will. Overcooked baked eggs. Rubbery chicken spring rolls. Definitely frozen gyoza. The rest was bland and uninteresting. We won't be back.

28/03/2026: The food is exceptional. It's comforting and warm. The prices are very reasonable, even though the portions are overflowing with deliciousness. It's so good I'm crying with delight. 200% recommended.

21/04/2026: Simple and delicious cuisine, crispy and flavorful pizzas with several vegetarian options, and a special mention for the truly delicious "dolce amarena" dessert, among other things. Quick and friendly service, very cozy atmosphere and decor, truly perfect.

23/03/2026: We went to this restaurant on Sunday at lunchtime without a reservation and were very warmly welcomed. We were very lucky to get a table for two as the restaurant was full. Since the menu wasn't very extensive, I managed to put together a small meal: homemade foie gras and skate casserole with champagne sauce, served with dauphinoise potatoes, cheese, and a red fruit panna cotta—delicious! 15/04/2026: Excellent and very generous portion of couscous with mechoui. The meat was excellent. The accompanying vegetables and sauce were a little bland and lacked spice. A more pronounced blend of spices would be beneficial. The wine list could be expanded. The service was good. I recommend it.

31/03/2026: A wonderful restaurant I stumbled upon while driving, and what a delightful surprise! Local cuisine, entirely homemade, with fresh, flavorful ingredients. You can really taste the skill and passion in the kitchen. A warm welcome and pleasant service. An address I wholeheartedly recommend; I'll gladly return!

22/03/2026: This was a perfect lunch. The food was delicious and the attention was excelent, even though I'm not fluent in French. The personal was super friendly and I had a great experience. Super recommended.

20/04/2026: We were looking forward to enjoying a ribeye steak cooked over charcoal. But what a disappointment! The rib was barely seared, but clearly oven-cooked. There was no grilled flavor whatsoever, which is the hallmark of wood-fired cooking. The rib was served on a scorching hot plate, simply placed on top of potatoes and salad that had practically cooked on the plate, as if I were eating at a roadside diner, except for the price: €70!!! A so-called pepper sauce accompanied the dish. But what you'll find is a very runny, peppery cream with absolutely no creaminess! Yet they proudly display a "MASTER CHEF" plaque at the entrance of the restaurant. They should review the recipe for the pepper sauce, which, as its name suggests, is a sauce, not a cream. The new potatoes, which are normally firm, were boiled. A hot plate, boiled potatoes, meat placed on top, and a poorly cooked ribeye steak (ordered rare) due to condensation and therefore water. But the saddest part is when you tell the owner and the waitress, who confirms it's fine! In fact, out of cowardice, the owner turned on her heel without a word! The result… very expensive for such poor quality meat. The decor is dated, but I can't fault that, as it's a deliberate choice. The bottom line is they took us for tourists, when in fact we're locals!

11/04/2026: In my opinion, the best spot in Marseille to hang out, have a drink alone or with friends, work on your computer, have a toast… breathtaking view of the old port. The decor is charmingly authentic. Friendly service.
