21/09/2024: Today we came as a family, my wife, my daughter and my mother. A wonderful moment, guided by Marie-Laure, who immersed us in the world of Claude François. I sincerely thank this lady and Madame Lescure, because they took some time and patience to teach us a lot of anecdotes. My mother has always been an unconditional fan of the artist, and we were able to finalize a promise, which was to take her to the Dannemois mill as soon as she had overcome her cancer. We bought the very interesting book dedicated to the mill and you can see a photo of Claude François' Maserati, which my father owned for a while when I was little. We have one regret, it is not having dared to ask for a cone of seeds from the magnificent magnolia which is next to the swimming pool, so that we could take a cutting on our property. In any case thank you for everything, for sure you made 4 people happy today. Flavien Baster Riom (63)

23/09/2024: A service that was much too fast with what was intended to be simplicity, whereas a little more careful service wouldn't do any harm. We came a few years ago with very good memories of the cuisine, here we realized that it was no longer what it used to be and we therefore left quite disappointed overall. The sweetbreads are not well cooked, the risotto has too much sauce… Small positive point for the beef fillet which was very tasty and successfully cooked.
