23/05/2026: It was late January, for my birthday. The bar was empty. There were eight of us around 6:30 pm for drinks. She refused us with disdain, saying she doesn't take more than six people. We suggested splitting into two tables of four and that we weren't in any hurry. She wouldn't accept. Appalling service. RESPONSE: That's great, I got a reaction out of you, I'm happy! We tried to talk to you to understand, but you were so dismissive! Hatred is contagious.

28/06/2026: We had an exceptional time last night. We thoroughly enjoyed the generous portions and excellent quality of the food. Our waitress, Chloé, was incredibly professional and kind, as was the entire team, with thoughtful touches that we greatly appreciated (water for Pastelle...). A very enjoyable dinner on the terrace, perfect for a convivial atmosphere and delicious food. Thank you to the whole team at Le Grillon.

27/04/2026: A great neighborhood bistro in Saint-Paul, the food was excellent and the staff were cheerful and incredibly friendly! The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, a little dark but that makes it feel more intimate. Main courses are around €20 at the regular price, but we got a 50% discount on our order when we booked through The Fork. We had roasted Camembert with honey as a starter, then tagliatelle with mushroom cream sauce, a butcher's cut of meat served with salad and fries, and a homemade cordon bleu (I was expecting it to be crispier, but it was still good!). The fries were perfectly cooked, a real treat. We wanted to have dessert, but the starter and main course were enough for us. You can also book in advance to guarantee a table and get 1000 bonus Yums (equivalent to €25) with this code: 8513F542 (enter it at the end of the booking process when you confirm).

29/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant! The toilets are like abandoned public restrooms; you'll find urine everywhere EXCEPT in the toilets, accompanied by a nauseating stench. As for the food, it's tasteless. Don't come hungry if you order the quiche (salmon, asparagus); our portion was only an eighth of what was charged far too much. The only positive point was the service.

13/02/2026: The Val d'Auge is an exceptional address thanks to its inventive cuisine that knows how to enhance quality, seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes such as the egg cocotte with truffles and the sweetbreads with charlotte purée are excellent, and the chef updates the menu according to the seasons and his inspiration. The service is efficient and attentive, and knows how to adapt to customers' tastes, particularly when it comes to wine. The evolving menu allows for constant discovery of new dishes. We'll be back.

28/05/2026: A discreet spot nestled between the ramparts and a lovely garden, the welcome is warm and the service prompt. As for the food, the dishes are perfectly cooked and the portions are just right, allowing you to savor the flavors without feeling stuffed. I particularly enjoyed the pavlova for dessert, whose meringue was crisp on the outside and slightly sticky on the inside.

20/05/2026: We often pass through Carcassonne and make a point of stopping here. It's a fantastic place in the city. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. The outdoor terrace is lovely in the summer. I highly recommend it.

25/04/2026: We had a truly excellent meal; the food was superb, and the selection was both varied and comprehensive. The staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. Furthermore, the prices were attractive and reasonable for the quality offered. The restaurant was very clean, as were the restrooms. It's a shame the restaurant is a bit hidden at the back of the shopping mall, but it's definitely worth finding.

21/04/2026: This isn't my first time eating here, and I'm never disappointed! The food is delicious and authentic. There's a good selection, and the prices are very reasonable. The food is excellent. The service is quick, and the staff is attentive and caring. A great place for lunch or dinner!
