17/05/2026: Great experience... magnificent room with a superb view, very beautiful and well-equipped spa, very good dinner as well as attentive service... only slight downside is that breakfast is not up to the standard of the rest... missing eggs, bacon, raw vegetables etc.
15/05/2026: A wonderful discovery where the staff are very welcoming. We were upgraded to a new room and were pleasantly surprised to find the "Nature Room" with its bay window overlooking a grove and its enormous size. We also loved the restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The aquatic area is like everything else: impeccable.

06/07/2026: We don't often find ourselves amazed by things that are easy. La Feuille de Chou is THE gastronomic gem of Les Vans. The cuisine is both simple and sophisticated. The flavors of the Cévennes region are present in every dish. I started with the meatloaf and the Provençal vegetable caviar, before finally succumbing to a chestnut fondant.
I managed to get the fondant recipe out of me after some coaxing. I'm selling it to the highest bidder.
06/07/2026: The staff was very pleasant. The welcome and food were excellent. The dining room is lovely, well-decorated, and the air conditioning is just right.
I highly recommend it.

25/07/2026: We were looking for a pizza on a Thursday evening in a town we didn't know and we found "La Pizza Du Bourg," which had the best reviews, and we weren't disappointed! The pizza was generous and flavorful, and the staff (a father and daughter) were very friendly. It's a bit far to come back for pizza, but if we did, we would gladly stop by again! 19/07/2026: A unique Japanese restaurant with very few tables, classic Japanese decor, and a short but delicious menu. We ate well, and the price-quality ratio was quite acceptable for Paris, being only 10 minutes from the Trocadero. Recommended if you enjoy Japanese food.
