Les Cathedrales de la Saulaie
Doue-La-Fontaine
02/11/2026: The setting was magnificent and completely unexpected. The meal, while certainly unique, was very good and always consisted of two courses, so if there was one you didn't like, you could share with your neighbor. The waitress was very pleasant, and the service was very quick at first, then slowed down a bit after the arrival of larger groups, but this gave us time to digest. A nice bonus: the quarry tour. The visit to the water table is more suited to children due to its rather kitschy decor.
31/10/2026: I can't say anything better than all the previous reviews, it's perfect!

Chez Mon Vieux

09/10/2026: The regional dishes are hearty and delicious.
The only downside is the slightly high price of the grilled meats considering the portion size.
06/10/2026: Back to the culinary roots of the North!! A very friendly welcome, excellent cuisine, and generous portions of delicious dishes!! And impeccable service! Thank you again...

Les Capucines
Le Petit-Quevilly
25/10/2026: What a pleasure to celebrate our wedding anniversary again in this beautiful place!
It's a shame we won't be able to celebrate next year as it closes on December 31st. We'll miss the warm welcome from Elodie, the owner, and the young apprentice, as well as the refined cuisine in such a charming and tasteful setting. All our best wishes to the kind owners for the future!
23/10/2026: What a wonderful time! Delicious and welcoming. Thank you Thierry, thank you to your team...

Le Rhum Marin
Saint-Ambroise, Paris
29/08/2026: Appalling welcome; we were told not to sit at the back of the bar because a group was supposedly about to arrive, even though the owner clearly stated there were no reservations yet. Avoid at all costs!
26/08/2026: This is my favourite bar in Paris. Soul.

le café bizarre
Nimes
03/10/2026: What a great find!
Lovely restaurant, well located in a quiet alley. The servers are very friendly and the food is delicious. Well done!
03/10/2026: It's a shame we don't live in Nîmes, otherwise we could eat there more often. The prawns with risotto, the endive with ham, and the classic burger were all simply superb. The Domaine d'Aigues Belles wine was the perfect finishing touch.

The atmosphere depends on the clientele.
