13/12/2025: A real surprise! While passing through to see the Lego exhibition, we stopped at this brasserie. I tasted my family's dishes, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. My husband had the marinated kebab: a real treat. My son had the Texan platter, with flavorful meat, and I had the homemade fish and chips with a very good homemade tartar sauce. Luckily, I didn't check the bill before eating because the 3.9/5 rating is undeserved. I'd say it deserves a 4.5/5. Just to clarify, we ate in the brasserie section, not the takeaway chip shop.

30/11/2025: We celebrated my grandson's 8th birthday with his brothers, aged 6 and 2. The children were warmly welcomed and looked after throughout the meal. The children's menus are generous and offer plenty of choices! And speaking of the adults... we enjoyed our meals, which were delicious, hearty, and beautifully presented. You can tell that all the staff want to make their customers happy. I highly recommend this restaurant, which may not look like much from the outside, but is very welcoming inside. Go check it out, you won't regret it! 💚

25/10/2026: A historic and iconic restaurant in the Saint-Étienne area! We enjoyed dinner on the terrace under the ancient linden trees. The welcome and service were pleasant and efficient. The menu and set menus are very comprehensive without being overpriced. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, and everything is delicious, from the monkfish tail to the veal trio. A 2014 Hautes Côtes de Beaune white wine served in an ice bucket for €33—who can beat that? Not to mention the owner, who has a keen eye for detail. -Oct. 2026, this time inside for a family lunch, enjoying autumn dishes. My all-fish order, combining two set menus, was taken without hesitation. With at least 200 wines on the wine list, the expert advice is much appreciated. We will definitely be back!
