Beyond the meal, we truly appreciated the kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the entire team. 27/09/2026: Forced smiles from the moment we arrived, a decent but unremarkable meal (the "Les Roseaux" menu) with overcooked, dry duck leg and equally dry fries. Thankfully, the setting is idyllic, but nature alone doesn't guarantee quality food. We felt like we were intruding: a group of 20 was about to be seated, and our service was rushed. Disappointed by the experience; we had been here 50 years ago, and the atmosphere was completely different. A bit pricey, too, considering the quality.

The service is impeccable, friendly, and personalized: orders are remembered without notes, and regular customers' preferences are taken into account! A rare and much-appreciated VIP welcome. The dining room is beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting. A truly unique spot, ideal for an evening with friends. An experience to be repeated without hesitation! 👍

01/10/2026: Still as good as ever. We come every year. A warm welcome. Jean Jean personally seated us; his son is smiling and lovely. A wonderful atmosphere. The famous lobster pasta dish (500g/person) and the caramel flan are always delicious. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Corsica and friendly hospitality.

13/09/2026: The welcome and atmosphere were fantastic, not to mention the enormous lobsters 🦞 with perfectly cooked legs. I highly recommend a visit if you're in Ajaccio.

14/08/2026: Wow. For me one of the special elements to visiting France is cafe life. Pavement coffees. The versatility of the French Cafe, where coffee expands into beer, food, good wine and culture. In Rouen there is no better cafe that the gorgeous art deco Metropole. Atmospheric, lovely coffee & food and a wonderful people watching spot as locals and tourists alike come & go from the close by station. The Croque Monsieur is superb. If you are in town this is a must sit and experience.

05/08/2026: Wednesday, August 5th, 5pm. You sit down, the waitress looks at you, you stay for 10 minutes, she doesn't come to see you... You leave!

The service was impeccable from beginning to end, with attentive staff. As for the royal couscous, it was a true delight!
