13/09/2026: A great find at Uncle Sam's in Amiens! The portions are really generous and the presentation is very appealing. The hot dog was substantial, well-filled, and came with a generous amount of fries. The sausage and lentil dish was also beautifully presented and plentiful.
We had a great time and will gladly return.

06/10/2026: Hello, after discovering the restaurant last January, we returned as a family this summer. We had another wonderful time, and we even had a long chat with the owner. She explained her choice to offer a rather limited menu in order to feature quality products, and the work they do with local producers – very interesting. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that doesn't just serve frozen or supermarket food, and that cares about the food it offers, especially for children!
