20/10/2026: A wonderful couple, authentic and delicious cuisine, top-notch service… Everything is perfect: wood-fired meat, foie gras, dessert… the best restaurant in Epernay for me. We will be back… Thank you to the very experienced chef, a nod to his time in Monaco with Ducasse.

25/08/2026: We arrived for lunch around 12:30 pm without a reservation. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked if we had booked. The staff seemed very busy, and we found the welcome rather lukewarm, far from the glowing reputation we had read in the reviews. As for the meal, we were disappointed once again. The pizzas, despite being highly rated in the reviews, had particularly burnt edges: not just lightly charred, but truly black in places. Another point that made us uncomfortable: we overheard the staff discussing and criticizing previously dissatisfied customers while chatting with what appeared to be regulars. This kind of behavior doesn't exactly give a good impression to passersby. Perhaps we simply caught them on an off day, but unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to what we had read. If passersby are less well received than regulars, then this is the place for you.

15/08/2026: A stop on the way to our holiday destination and what a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, impeccable service, beautifully presented dishes, everything was delicious, and the pizzas were divine, made with passion! A great example for "baby restaurateurs" with accelerated training from passionate owners! Perhaps we'll see you again soon at our place.

Generous portions, and everything is always served with a smile and consistent friendliness. We go there as a couple or as a family. Never disappointed! We've been going back for over 10 years now! Try it without hesitation; the prices reflect the freshness and quality of the products and service.

08/10/2026: It had been a long time since I'd ordered a three-course meal, and this time it was impossible to choose! I'll definitely go back: the food reminds me of my childhood flavors, the service is incredible without being over the top... a find to absolutely remember!

01/10/2026: A true gem! Without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants in years. Isabelle, the owner and chef, personally prepares all her dishes using carefully selected ingredients sourced directly from producers chosen for their quality. And it truly shows in the food. Everything is absolutely delicious, refined, and bursting with flavor. The vegetarian dishes are divine, the homemade foie gras is to die for, and a special mention goes to the champagne sorbet… simply marvelous! You can feel the immense passion and dedication behind every dish. A rare find, the kind we wish we could discover more often. I'll be back in a heartbeat.

24/10/2026: I came to Albi for the first time after a 3-hour train journey. It was excellent: refined, generous portions, a very good, friendly atmosphere with lots of smiles. As soon as I have the opportunity to return, I will.

11/10/2026: A very pleasant evening with friends. The service was friendly and attentive! The dishes were fresh, generous, and delicious. The half pizza with a side salad was an excellent idea! A very good experience that I will definitely repeat. I recommend this restaurant, just steps from the historic center, if you are visiting or living in Albi!

19/10/2026: Fantastic food and excellent service. Easily the best chicken burger I've ever eaten; we sat on the lovely terrace in the shade of the plane trees and watched the world go by. Amazing food and good value, too.

07/10/2026: A huge thank you to Le Pastoral Restaurant for this wonderful dinner celebrating my husband's birthday. ❤️ Everything was perfect: the dishes, as delicious as they were beautifully presented, and especially the wonderful touch, prepared with such discretion and professionalism. At my request, Chef Nicolas made my husband's favorite cake, a magnificent Black Forest cake 🎂, as a lovely surprise. It was absolutely perfect, delicious, and the result was superb! 🥰 The moment when everyone in the dining room sang "Happy Birthday" made the evening even more special and touching. ❤️ Thank you to Chef Nicolas and the entire team at Le Pastoral Restaurant for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. A truly wonderful restaurant that we highly recommend! ✨

02/10/2026: Excelent food i actually recommended

01/10/2026: A disappointing experience and unjustified value for money. Dinner at Café de Mars this evening was unfortunately far below our expectations. The rather limited menu offers dishes whose quality of ingredients is questionable. Furthermore, paying 30 euros for half a liter of house wine seemed frankly excessive for this type of establishment. As for the service, a mix-up in the kitchen resulted in us being served an egg and bacon waffle as a starter, which was not what we ordered. Unfortunately, the dish arrived cold. The two main courses that followed were acceptable, but they in no way justified the final bill. Ultimately, for this price range, Paris is full of excellent restaurants offering a more refined setting and much more authentic cuisine. It's a shame, but this is a place we won't be returning to.
