31/07/2026: Excellent experience at this traditional pub. A real gem, just the way we like them! The decor is typical and very welcoming; you immediately feel at home. The welcome was very friendly, and the service was pleasant. You can take your time, and the food is delicious. The main course is generous, and... so is the dessert! A treat for the eyes, the stomach, and the soul! Definitely worth a visit and a return trip.

26/08/2026: The bibimbap is excellent, every dish is perfect. The servers are very friendly and the service is truly warm. For several years now, I've regularly invited friends here. The only downside is that you sometimes have to wait a long time for your food, and you're often turned away because it's too full and there are no more seats. In recent years, they were only open four days a week and often closed for holidays. I highly recommend booking by phone in advance; otherwise, it's difficult to get a chance to eat these delicious dishes. It's the best restaurant in Troyes, and I highly recommend everyone try their food!

We weren't disappointed; the welcome was excellent from the moment we walked in. Smiles and greetings accompanied us all the way to our table. We had a choice of cocktails and Belgian beers on tap, from lager to wheat beer. The dishes were beautifully presented, the service impeccable—a place I recommend without hesitation.
