17/05/2026: Passing through for the weekend, we arrived with sunshine and, like many others, settled on the terrace. The inside was full anyway, and 15 minutes later, the wind, rain, and cold arrived. The waiter did everything he could to keep everyone comfortable; the children were even given blankets to keep warm. Aside from the meal (mussels for everyone, which were delicious), we really appreciated the attention given to ensuring everyone was comfortable during their lunch. A truly kind experience, despite the busy schedule.

23/05/2026: I truly wish I could have given this restaurant five stars, as the staff's welcome and kindness were exemplary. You can feel their genuine desire to please their customers, a quality that has become rare, and this attentiveness is noticeable from the very first moment. We chose the royal couscous, and everything could have been perfect… if it weren't for one element that disrupted the harmony of the dish. All the components were excellent, but the lamb (whether the skewer or the sliced ​​piece) unfortunately stood out and didn't live up to the rest. A shame, because the whole thing had all the makings of an excellent meal. When we mentioned this to the owner, he immediately apologized and did everything he could to rectify the situation: a discount on the bill, complimentary extras… A professional and sincere response that deserves to be highlighted. So, just one minor drawback, but it did slightly spoil the experience. We will come back for dinner, because I am convinced that this incident was simply a minor setback.

04/06/2026: As regulars at Montpellier's fine restaurants, we were a little disappointed: the decor and ambiance were very minimalist, though the tableware was lovely. The dishes were good, the quality and freshness of the ingredients undeniable, but there were no real culinary discoveries, and the portions were minimal. The dessert was uninteresting. The wines and champagnes, however, were very good. The waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and smiling. So, a mixed review, as we didn't experience the "wow" factor of a first tasting. Fortunately, the value for money was very good.
