21/09/2026: Very good welcome, staff who know their products, lots of recipes, too bad I was only passing through Lyon for a short time, I wanted to try others, frankly if I come for a week I eat there 3 or 4 times easily just to taste everything, the burger was so good (cooking was perfect, nothing to say).

06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

Each course was a genuine discovery. Special mention goes to the superb and perfectly executed wine pairing, which enhanced every step of the meal. 🍷 A magnificent moment, combining culinary excellence, an exceptional setting, and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed discovering this restaurant and highly recommend it!

26/09/2026: The dishes are original and offer a nice continuity. The regrettable points are more about the service; we would have liked to be consulted before opening a second bottle of water... and the atmosphere could be much more subdued and intimate. Dining out, beyond the culinary adventure, is also about socializing. And sharing conversations with other diners shouldn't necessarily be on the menu!

14/10/2026: This was my third time having lunch at Minnà. As usual, the Corsican cuisine was excellent. Everything was perfect except for one small issue with the main course: the fish and polenta were far too overcooked. A shame, because otherwise I would have given it 5 out of 5.

17/10/2026: La Table des Artistes offers a diverse and high-quality selection of spirits, sure to please both casual drinkers and regular consumers. The lamb shank was, in my opinion, slightly under-seasoned, but its perfectly cooked flavor and the accompanying crispy baby potatoes made it a very satisfying dish. The establishment also boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for sharing a pleasant moment or hosting your events!

19/09/2026: Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait an hour just for a glass of water. The waitress who took our order was unfriendly. The galettes weren't worth the price, nor the wait. I strongly advise against going there.

01/10/2026: A magnificent gourmet lunch with friends. We were delighted by the beautifully presented and delicious dishes. The 5-course menu was a real treat. One small point for improvement: the menu descriptions aren't very clear (too many extras, the desserts are different, what's on the menu, what's not, etc.).
