Constructive criticisms: the granola bowl could have been spicier, in my opinion. And the elderflower black tea could have been diluted a bit more; it was a little too strong. 13/08/2026: Having passed through Nancy by chance with my partner, we stopped at this bakery. After ordering a small pâté and two very special éclairs, we were completely blown away by this bakery – a culinary explosion! I recommend it 100%.

14/08/2026: Best pain au chocolat I’ve ever had! This place was perfection, from the baked goods to the salads and service. Having lived in London, I could see the inspiration from the chef Ottolenghi and learnt the chef at Ikonka trained and worked with him in London for 3 years which you can tell with the impeccable flavours and consideration throughout the food. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Montpelier.

The products are high quality, and I highly recommend it. It's a shame I live too far away to go back, because I definitely would. As an added bonus, Ralph comes around and says hello.

13/08/2026: You must definitely visit this restaurant if you are in Nice! Have been here several times over the last 10 years and it never disappoints! I booked a table before arriving. You are greeted with a smile and the food is absolutely amazing. We also had some lovely wines, so please stop by, you won't be disappointed.

You can feel the chef's passion in absolutely everything he does, as well as his genuine desire to offer the very best to his customers. Every detail is meticulously attended to, the ingredients are showcased beautifully, and the service is simply impeccable. A true gem, the kind of place you keep carefully saved in your phone so you never forget it… and, most importantly, so you can come back! Bravo, and thank you for this wonderful experience!

18/08/2026: After visiting the beautiful village of Yvoire, we decided to stop for some crepes. We had spotted this lovely creperie as we entered the village and decided to go back. It was a great decision. We were immediately seated and received excellent service, both friendly and quick. We ordered four different crepes, and we loved them all, especially the batter, which was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, this creperie is highly recommended if you visit Yvoire. We would definitely return!

21/08/2026: For a birthday celebration, I had gone there in advance to reserve a table large enough for five people. At the time of my reservation, this table was confirmed. Forty-eight hours later, we arrived for lunch and found ourselves completely relocated to a rather uninspiring space (the restaurant as a whole is remarkably lacking in charm), except for the section where I had originally reserved. Fearing my departure, they tried to find a solution, but ultimately, we ended up five people crammed onto a table for four, three of whom were over 1.90 meters tall... all for decent food, nothing more, except for the gourmet coffee. When it came time to pay, we received not even a note of apology, nor a complimentary coffee. We stayed for 15 days; this will be our first and last visit to this mediocre establishment.
