24/06/2026: While the food and prices may seem perfectly satisfactory, the same cannot unfortunately be said for the chef's comments. Numerous inappropriate remarks, particularly sexist ones, bothered even the teenager sitting opposite me. This establishment does have some undeniable qualities (a lovely interior, a terrace, welcome air conditioning during heatwaves, and homemade cuisine, despite the overcooked tagliatelle). It would benefit from improving its image with its clientele, particularly by increasing the chef's tolerance and consideration.

The cuisine is refined and fragrant, the flavors are always spot on. The quality is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the friendly and professional staff is always attentive. We highly recommend it!

23/05/2026: I didn't know about this one. I went there for pizzas one evening. The pizzas were good, the staff were quite late but offered me a bottle of wine, which always shows professionalism.

29/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant! The toilets are like abandoned public restrooms; you'll find urine everywhere EXCEPT in the toilets, accompanied by a nauseating stench. As for the food, it's tasteless. Don't come hungry if you order the quiche (salmon, asparagus); our portion was only an eighth of what was charged far too much. The only positive point was the service.

26/06/2026: The food is excellent and the waiter is very friendly. You have to be patient, it can take a while, but it's one of the best restaurants in Pau in my opinion! Plus, the Peking soup is WONDERFUL

20/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this establishment, now run by a talented young chef and his partner. The cuisine is developing beautifully, offering excellent value for money – a gourmet restaurant that's definitely worth trying.

19/07/2026: Disappointed by the Lobster menu compared to last year's. The lobster tail was slightly undercooked, and in fact, this new lobster menu is less generous than last year's, which is a shame.

30/06/2026: I hate being ripped off... Italian restaurant 🤣 The "radiatori" were mushy (not a single piece of pasta), the salmon tartare with balsamic vinegar... so it was brown and sweet... The view was of a pile of chairs, tables, and a folded tarp, and the waiter clearly didn't care about our answers when he asked, "How was it?" No, no... don't come

25/06/2026: Passing through Les Sables d'Olonne during a heatwave, I stopped at this restaurant to ask them to refill my water bottle. The owner clearly replied, "I'll fill it halfway." I asked him to fill it completely because it was 40°C outside, and that I would leave him some money if necessary. He said, and I quote, "If I have to do that for everyone, I'll never get anywhere." There's a certain level of basic courtesy that, unfortunately, seems to have disappeared in this world. I remind you that we're in the middle of a heatwave with temperatures reaching 40°C. It's not very customer-friendly. I still left him a two-euro coin.

13/06/2026: Excellent staff, but on match nights the bar turns into a betting shop.

08/06/2026: A very distinctive place, it's a shame part of the mezzanine is closed. The staff were very friendly. The only downside: seated on the raised floor, the toilets were right next to our table. Otherwise, we'll definitely be back.

24/05/2026: I think this is the most touristy street and restaurant during my visit to Bordeaux, but the ambience was nice, the food good and the server very nice and helpful. The dinner was quite fast compared to the other experiences we have had, hence the lower score.

23/05/2026: I booked for 9:00. We sat down at 9:15. They lost our order and we finished at 11:15. There's a palpable lack of control among the waiters and in the kitchen. Not even an apology. It was incredibly hot, with no air conditioning. The dishes were bland and poorly cooked, with only the volute being decent. The Thai was overcooked; I wouldn't even give it to my dog. The Onglet was perfect for injuring someone. The chef's coffee dessert was only good for the coffee itself. If you want to ruin your day, this is the place for you.
