14/09/2026: Very disappointed. It's not our first time here, but we were already disappointed last time. We decided to give it another try. The welcome was mediocre, they were very insistent that we order an aperitif, then asked three times if we wanted wine with our meal... I hate being pressured. A glass of Diet Coke, in an establishment that claims to be semi-gastronomic, is unacceptable, especially with three enormous ice cubes in the glass, so the advertised 33 cl was nowhere near that... Even in a brasserie, I at least get a can, and for less money. The beer we ordered was flat. We waited two hours to be served, even though this restaurant only operates by reservation (a management problem?). The mussel casserole was swimming in its own juices, probably frozen mussels. The foie gras was very good. The tuna tataki was bland, and the duck breast skewer (four pieces) was too tough. Completely mass-produced citrus crème catalane. And to top it all off, a man came to sing and play guitar, which seemed pleasant enough, but at the end he went from table to table with his basket, begging for money. Before, there were two set menus, one for €25 and another for €35. The menu hadn't changed in years. Now there's only the €35 one. In short, it was extremely long, we were bored, and it cost almost €80. That's it, we won't be coming back, that's for sure. You've really lost your touch, both in terms of quality and customer service.

23/08/2026: We had our meal on a terrace in the evening, on one of the pedestrian streets in old Montbéliard. Traditional Thai cuisine, very tasty. Friendly staff, in short, a great evening! I recommend it.

07/08/2026: The food was excellent!! The food was superb, the recommendations were great, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. We recommend ordering a little bit of everything as a starter and sharing it. For our main course, we had "The Weeping Tiger" with fried rice. Excellent!! I highly recommend it!! (Two spicy sauces are served; let the spice levels decide for those who like it spicy!!) Reservations can be made online, and they respond quickly.

05/04/2026: Perched high up and seemingly cut off from the world, this restaurant has become our weekly headquarters. We keep coming back for the impeccable and consistently pleasant service, the charming staff, and the excellent food. Everything is there for a perfect moment after a morning on the slopes. We highly recommend it! ⛷️❄️

09/08/2026: A wonderful rediscovery of the Santa Maria restaurant! We received a warm welcome from the team, who were truly fantastic—smiling, attentive, and full of energy. We had a lovely time in a friendly atmosphere with a team that clearly cares about making its customers happy. The meal was excellent, and they were very accommodating to vegetarians! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

31/07/2026: A happy coincidence led us to book a table at L’Estancia for lunch, and we didn't regret our choice. For four people, with two children's menus and two adult menus, plus drinks and two glasses of wine, the price came to just over €80, which is very reasonable compared to other restaurants. The food was good and well-presented, and the service was quick (the restaurant was quite empty) and very friendly. If you're passing through Briare and, like us, other restaurants were either closed or full, don't hesitate to go to L’Estancia. I've updated the menus.

07/08/2026: Simply one of the best burgers I've ever tried! 🍔🔥 The service is always excellent, with a very attentive and efficient team. The burgers are incredible: soft buns, juicy meat cooked to perfection, and very well-thought-out flavor combinations. You can tell that everything is prepared with care and quality ingredients.

15/08/2026: - Reception: Warm and professional. We were 2 adults, 2 children, and a large dog, and each of us was greeted with a kind and welcoming smile. - Service: Perfect. It's quick but not too fast; the timing is just right. We didn't feel rushed, and we didn't wait an hour between courses. The atmosphere was warm and calm. - Food: Truly, truly excellent! Beautiful presentation, generous portions, an enticing aroma, and a taste that didn't disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main course to dessert! - Affordable and reasonable prices. In short, we highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return to it on our next vacation!

It was a wonderful time spent here… during a stopover on our journey across France. Thank you to the whole team for this truly lovely experience.

20/03/2026: Extremely welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it! It has a real family feel, you feel right at home. We had a mixed platter for around €20 and two cocktails, a mojito and a passion fruit margarita, both €9, which were very good quality. The service is incredible; if we could give it 6 stars, we would gladly do so (as a bonus, a small shot was offered by the customers, who were just as friendly as the staff!!).
