14/04/2026: As for the service, nothing to complain about, it was perfect. The waitress was attentive, and the chef made sure everything went smoothly. 👍 Regarding the food, the dishes were good, the sauces excellent, and the presentation was elegant. However, a major drawback was the cuts of beef we chose. They contained cartilage and excess fat; 10% of the cuts were wasted, which is regrettable. These undesirable elements would be acceptable if the dish were less expensive, but they were. No complaints about the desserts. To summarize, it's still a good restaurant, the staff is pleasant, but it remains excessive in terms of price: 115 euros for two people (two meals and a bottle of red wine). Mixed opinion.

04/04/2026: Superb dish made with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A small but excellent menu. The dining room is unique, featuring a piano and a library. Plus, the prices are reasonable. €40 for a main course, dessert, and two glasses of wine.

26/02/2026: I spent a few unforgettable days there. It allowed me to recharge my batteries. I'm going to ask if it's possible to have a room like I did a few years ago; it would do me a world of good.

21/04/2026: Okay, but a few missteps. I went with a client, without a reservation. We easily found a seat in the large upstairs room, although the limited space made business conversations a bit difficult – to be expected in this type of establishment. The staff was friendly, but one detail spoiled the experience: our dishes were switched when we ordered. They realized it, took the dishes back under the pretext of an "order error"... only to serve them again two minutes later, still a false claim, without explanation or apology. A shame, because we would have readily accepted the mistake as it was. In total: €90 for two tartares (one of which was 300g), sparkling water, and two gourmet coffees. The prices are in line with the market, but it's still surprising!

24/04/2026: Super-caring and friendly staff chased us down to hand over a smartphone left behind: THANK YOU! Banh Mi is non-traditional, chicken and cucumbers not shredded, a bit tame and under-spiced (à la France?) but most certainly tasty, satisfying, and reasonably priced. Vietnamese coffee was well balanced. Quiet street and quiet, intimate restaurant with good food and great staff

13/04/2026: A joke. I ordered the fresh spring rolls (not fried) and they're hot, covered in plastic, around the bag, without a box. Not even opening them. The bun bo is also a salad, but comes completely warm. The lettuce is therefore wet and kind of boiled, not fresh or crunchy. The order comes without sticks to eat or paper tissues. A disaster.
