14/10/2026: A hidden gem in Paris. Great French food, a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. Max took great care of us, and we will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend you make a trip here for a meal if you are in this area of Paris. One of my favorite restaurants in the French capital.

24/09/2026: A warm welcome and excellent service that's a real treat in Paris. Special mention to the gentleman, always impeccably dressed in a tie and always smiling. Great value for money and located on a quiet little street.

15/09/2026: Pleasant terrace; personally, I find it a shame that the atmosphere is affected by the traditional black and white attire of the staff. The food is certainly not bad, but the Bocuse-style presentation is unfortunately dated. My dishes were okay, but my husband had lamb chops that were fried until crispy and lay on a pile of mashed potatoes with all sorts of different vegetables around them.

10/10/2026: Driving all the way from Blois on a pure hunch is the kind of culinary gamble that usually ends in an adventure. In the case of Auberge du 12ème Siècle, it led to discovering a masterpiece. Stepping into this beautiful small bistro feels like walking straight into a story. The town carry the historic imprint of Balzac and Chagall, and that same divine artistry translates directly onto the plate. Founded by a husband and wife with an undeniable penchant for hosting and food, the hospitality feels personal yet refined... a long meandering meal made more magnificent by a roaring fire in the oversized fireplace. The tasting menu is a brilliant showcase of exquisite local produce and regional wines. Now that Michelin has discovered it, securing a table has become a challenge, but I plan months in-advance my travels overseas so that I made venture here. An unforgettable meal and experience.

16/09/2026: We passed by too often not to try it. Close to our Airbnb. Well, we weren't disappointed. Fast service, very good product, in a small village. And a calm dog who loves fries.

15/09/2026: I went there with friends in September. Great, friendly bar-restaurant! We didn't eat there, but they have a huge selection of drinks, including local ones (I recommend the Souillac plum brandy!). The owners, Axel and Arjen, are lovely; we had a great time! With its late opening hours (around 1 a.m.), you could really party and have fun. Darts and chess are available (free of charge). In short, it's the kind of village bar you wish every village in France had! As my friends and I used to say: the Saint Jus beer is delicious!

26/09/2026: A fantastic experience for my first visit to this restaurant near the Dunkirk golf course. A warm welcome, a unique set menu where you choose between "fish" or "meat" for the starter and main course, and "caramel" or "fruit" for dessert. You don't know what you're going to eat! This set menu is €29 for a starter, main course, and dessert. The result: splendid in both beauty and flavor. Impeccable service! I'll be back soon.
