07/06/2026: To be perfectly honest… I came a few years ago and we weren't very well received 😬 But thanks to my partner and the Beer Route organizers, we came back and what a pleasant surprise! 🤩 The service was incredibly friendly with a touch of humor, the terrace was very cozy, and the prices were very reasonable 🤩 We had the generous labneh, which included roasted peppers 🤩 and the Serrano ham 🤩 The beer offered for the Beer Route is delicious and a real change from the usual 😉 We'll definitely be back 🥰🤩👌 Thank you to the team for the warm welcome 🥰

We came with a group of 20 people, and the service was impeccable, while the quality of the food was absolutely delightful! The homemade touch is evident! 29/06/2026: No compassion whatsoever. I'm a woman alone, with my one-month-old daughter in a stroller. I pay and ask for a bag because I realize I won't be able to carry the tray and push the stroller. The shopkeeper asks me to pay 25 cents. I explain that it's not for takeout, it's simply to move the bag to a spot two meters away. She refuses, claiming it's the rules and that her manager has specific conditions. So I take the tray and the stroller... Absolutely no tolerance, no kindness, and no offer of a solution like, "I can carry the tray for you."

There was a good selection: pizza, salads, pasta, escalopes, cannelloni... We ate well, and the service was quick. They were very accommodating with dietary requirements. We'll be back.

26/05/2026: The hotel is well located in the historic center of Briançon, making it easy to explore the old town and enjoy the superb view from the square. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, several aspects were disappointing: We were not informed of the step at the entrance to our room, which is genuinely dangerous. The breakfast is also far too expensive for the quality offered; there are no local products, and overall it's quite mediocre!

16/05/2026: Disappointing welcome; the dining room was cold in both decor and atmosphere! We came on a Friday, and there was nothing on offer except a set menu with a mediocre starter, a main course of cod with citrus sauce (frozen cod, poorly cooked), and an average dessert. Based on the reviews, we were expecting a fantastic meal but left disappointed. 😞 😞 Avoid this place during the week.
