16/10/2026: The meal was delicious, a seven-course tasting menu at €92 per person, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We had requested a wine pairing per person. However, we declined the aperitif, as the set menu already seemed quite sufficient. We then waited nearly 45 minutes before receiving our first glass of wine. The wait between courses (fish followed by meat) was also very long, almost an hour between each course. The long wait made us feel quite full, and it became difficult to fully appreciate the rest of the meal. Another regrettable point: a plate of ham, which we thought was an amuse-bouche, was ultimately charged at €12. The ham was good and the portion generous, but we hadn't ordered it and wouldn't have wanted it as an extra, as the set menu was already more than enough. When I pointed this out to the waitress, calmly and without animosity, the exchange was rather disappointing. She seemed not to understand our comment and spoke quietly with her colleague in front of us before insisting that we had indeed ordered the dish. I explained that we could certainly pay for it, but that my main intention was to point out a problem to prevent it from happening again. We learned that one of the servers was on his second day, which might explain some of the awkwardness. That said, in an establishment with bistronomic, even gastronomic, prices and ambitions, we expected more attentiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in the service, especially from his colleague. It's a shame, because these details can really spoil the experience, despite the establishment's potential.

15/10/2026: What a wonderful discovery last night with my husband! From the very first bites, an explosion of flavors: amazing dishes with subtle aromas and sublime combinations. The service was impeccable, both warm and professional. A true gem in Lyon, which we wholeheartedly recommend—we will definitely be back.

13/09/2026: The food is unhealthy, the smoked meat burned on the grill, you can feel a strong smoke on the meat from the spray and not natural, which even if it were natural it would still be unhealthy. The fries are inedible, dried and fried in a very toxic dark-colored reused oil. The staff is horrible, repulsive, lacking professionalism and hospitality, the kitchen is open for lunch for an extremely short time, if you arrive at 2 pm without anything even though they opened the restaurant until 2:30 pm, they won't let you eat even though they have empty tables. This restaurant program is totally unsuitable for a healthy lifestyle, there is no way you can close the restaurant during the day when it is recommended to consume heavy dishes. Totally inappropriate to open the restaurant just after 7 pm when heavy smoked, fried, meat, dairy, etc. food is no longer recommended. The desserts have no connection to reality, a lot of sugar, the taste does not match the recipe, the cheeses are chemically treated. I did not eat anything good and healthy, I do not recommend it, I even advise avoiding it.
