17/03/2026: Mathieu regularly delivers our sushi order quickly, on time, and always with a friendly manner. The packaging is neat, well-presented, and very colorful, immediately whetting the appetite and reassuring us of the freshness of the ingredients. As for the taste, it's a real treat every time. 21/03/2026: The food was excellent, but the service was appalling. Groups are only offered a limited menu that must be booked in advance, while other customers have access to the full menu. If you happen to point this out to the owner, she will be extremely unpleasant for the rest of your meal and will complain to other tables. The dessert served was not what was advertised (a "café gourmand" with three desserts was reduced to a single bagged madeleine).

10/03/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars because this hotel is exactly what I was looking for, which isn't necessarily the case for those who frequent Hiltons or Ibises and other, more impersonal hotels, whether luxurious or not! It's an old hotel, well modernized but not overly so; they've kept the original terracotta tiles in the rooms, the staircase, and the hallways. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. "Cool"! People with disabilities should choose a ground-floor room because, although the staircase is very easy to navigate, there isn't an elevator. For the rooms, you can choose a courtyard room with a view of the Verdon Valley and the hills, or a street-facing room with a view of the castle and the sound of the Manosque road, which is fortunately not very busy at night.

02/03/2026: The burgers are truly excellent: soft buns, perfectly cooked and juicy meat, and fresh, well-balanced toppings. You can clearly tell the ingredients are high quality; it's a welcome change from the "classic" burgers you find elsewhere. The fries are just as good: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. We arrived almost at opening time in the evening, with a reservation, and everything was ready. The service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The server was fantastic: welcoming, smiling, and attentive without being intrusive. That makes all the difference. Price-wise, it's not your average fast-food joint, but honestly, the quality is there. The value for money is reasonable, and it's well worth it for a great time and a delicious meal. I highly recommend it, whether with friends or family 👌
