29/03/2026: We highly recommend it. After a meal with friends. A very good seafood restaurant; everything is incredibly fresh. The sea bass with beurre blanc sauce is excellent, perfectly cooked.

14/03/2026: As a new resident of Blain, I went to the Les Boisiers restaurant with friends, which had been highly recommended to us. We weren't disappointed by the food; the quality-price ratio was excellent. As we were leaving, we had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, a young man who is clearly passionate about his work. Kudos to him and his team! I highly recommend this great restaurant.

15/03/2026: After staying at Le Rimains Cottage and enjoying an excellent meal and superb service at the bistro, we drove to the Chateau with great anticipation for dinner. The location is spectacular, and the Chateau is very photogenic with a beautiful garden surrounding it. We arrived at 7:15 pm, having reserved for 7:30 pm – we were told not to be late. The welcome, we must say, was quite underwhelming. Although we were greeted and shown to a small lounge, we then sat on the sofa for 30 minutes, seemingly left unattended, while the staff served two tables with aperitifs, etc. Everyone greeted us, but we weren't offered drinks or a menu. Just when we were ready to leave, a young woman finally attended to us. So, the start wasn't the best. However, things improved considerably from there – we had a very witty and eloquent young waitress who made the meal a real pleasure – both visually and gastronomically. The sommelier did an excellent job; we didn't want a wine tasting menu, but rather a good bottle of white wine that would perfectly complement the meal. Online, there was a choice between a small and a large menu, but on the evening of the meal, only the large menu was offered for everyone. I must say that the price was more than justified; in fact, it's practically impossible to find a three-Michelin-starred restaurant at this price elsewhere. We found the menu exceptional, artful, impressive, and incredibly exciting in terms of the spices and the combinations of the individual dishes. Let's call it a culinary firework display. The wait between the many courses wasn't long either—everything moved along quickly, and we were constantly surprised because the menu and its descriptions gave no indication of what the actual dish would be. The digestif was then served to us again in the small dining room, and the farewell was very pleasant and humorous; I think they could tell that the beginning hadn't gone quite as planned.

I was very pleasantly surprised by a young man, 17 years old, who displayed great professionalism. The presentation of the products was beautiful, and he was very well-groomed. Well done to him! The dishes were very interesting, not all to our taste, but all excellent.

09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

You can tell the chef isn't faking it: it's fresh, it's delicious, and it has that "come back for more" flavor. If happiness were edible, it would probably look like this. 🏃‍♂️ The Service The service? A true Swiss watch, but with a Cévennes smile. It's clean, precise, and incredibly smooth. I barely had time to wonder if I was thirsty before my glass was already there. At this level of speed, I suspect the team is secretly training for a marathon. 🧐 Why "only" 4 stars? Because with such efficiency, the meal goes by far too quickly! I wish I had an excuse to linger two more hours, gazing at my empty plate. In short: A no-frills place where the food is divine. Go without hesitation, but keep your mouth open!

06/03/2026: We went there with a reservation for dinner. We made the reservation by sending a WhatsApp message to the number found on Google. We ordered truffle camembert, gorgonzola gnocchi, beef cheek, and steak tartar. The truffle camembert is served with pork, but when we ordered it without pork, they brought it with extra garlic potatoes, which I really appreciated their thoughtfulness 🫶🏻 The food was aromatic and delicious. The steak tartar was made with apples and was sweet. The portions are quite large. Two people struggled to finish all three main courses 😅 I recommend it to anyone who wants a great French cuisine experience.

16/02/2026: Simply excellent! Make sure to reserve a table, because tables fill up quickly. The tartare was the most unique we’ve ever seen, and was definitely worth the trip.
