31/07/2026: Great atmosphere. The restaurant was packed, with tourists and locals alike. It was so good that we went twice during our stay (2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child). The servers were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The menu offers traditional French and Moroccan dishes. There's a wide selection, and everything is prepared fresh. The children's menu is standard, like elsewhere; a little more originality would have been appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. We all had a wonderful evening. 01/08/2026: One star for the food. If you're going to order the barbecue, be warned: the meat is poor quality. It has no flavor and is incredibly dry. The only good thing is the finely chopped white cabbage. 👍🏾 I'm used to eating at other restaurants, but I tried this one because my boyfriend said it was amazing. Maybe the sushi is good, but barbecue is definitely not their strong suit. One star for the service because they served my boyfriend with his sushi, and I had to wait 10 minutes for my barbecue, even though the table next to us arrived later and they got theirs first. The bill was very expensive, and I was very, very disappointed. First and last time at this restaurant. The waitress was very nice and smiling, that's all.

08/08/2026: The dishes are delicious and very generous, even the appetizers, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The pasta is perfectly al dente, not too hard! There's a good selection of Italian wines. The young Italian waitress who served us was attentive and explained the daily specials clearly. Prices are high (expect to pay around €25 for an appetizer, €40 for a main course, and €15 for dessert).

The cuisine is refined, generous, and perfectly executed, featuring beautiful ingredients and flavor combinations that truly showcase Greek gastronomy. Each dish is meticulously crafted, while maintaining a distinct identity and a generous helping of indulgence. The service is also impeccable: professional, attentive, and warm, with that perfect balance of discretion and availability that makes all the difference in a fine dining establishment. As someone accustomed to fine dining and gourmet restaurants, I find that Mavrommatis has absolutely nothing to envy in the best restaurants in the capital. It's a restaurant that fully deserves its reputation, and I will be delighted to continue frequenting it. Thank you again for these three wonderful experiences, and see you very soon!

06/07/2026: Mavromatis has deserved its Michelin star for a quarter of a century. And it's not likely to lose it anytime soon. Between the amuse-bouches and petits fours, a beautiful starter: a revisited fish soup (delicious), Bresse chicken and snail croquette (delicious), and a very elaborate dessert (delicious)... it's easy to see why Mavromatis opened its second restaurant next door, Les Délices d'Aphrodite. At the flagship restaurant, you're treated like royalty, by an attentive and discreet team, taking excellent care of you. The breads are homemade, the Greek wines wonderfully chosen. A beautiful setting, elegant and understated, with well-spaced tables. Everything to please, including a selection of relatively affordable menus, considering the quality. In short, more than ever, highly recommended!

14/08/2026: A surprising experience: when I called to make a reservation, I was told it wasn't possible, but when I arrived, almost everything was already booked. The mussels and fries were very good but very small. I usually eat small portions, but I was still hungry when I left the restaurant. The managers were friendly, and the sea view was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The staff is lovely, and there's a real sense of being with old childhood friends—warm, genuine, and which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant!
