27/10/2026: A restaurant like few others these days. We arrived around 7:45 pm. The restaurant was full, and the manager took the time to find us a table, which was much appreciated on a Saturday night. A set menu is offered on Saturday evenings for 23 euros, featuring fresh, high-quality, and expertly prepared ingredients. The service is quick and efficient. The servers are friendly and eager to ensure we have a wonderful experience. Le Poulet à 3 Pattes is a must-visit in Pau and a guarantee of a great meal!

25/10/2026: A very pleasant surprise! A three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €23. There were seven of us, and we were offered a round table, which I really appreciated because it allowed us to enjoy each other's company. The food was excellent and of high quality. The staff was dynamic and very friendly. The icing on the cake was a mistake on our part when paying the bill, which was actually charged to the restaurant. The cashier caught up with us on the sidewalk to refund the overpayment. Very honest. We visit the area every year and we will definitely be back.

Benjamin, the waiter, is friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about his customers. The chef clearly wants to please his customers, and it shows. 11/03/2026: For me, one of the best burgers in Lille. I always get the Denver and I'm never disappointed. Great taste, fresh ingredients, and a reasonable price. I go back regularly with pleasure. The fries are good too. As for desserts, I don't know, I never get them. The dining area is a bit small, though. Edit: I was saddened to learn of the closure. I'm gutted. Best of luck to the whole team.
